I went to the store almost a month ago just for screen protector . Mind you my phone was in perfect condition before no cracks or anything . So I go here she does the screen protector later on that night I notice my screen is lifting not the screen but the phone screen . So I call and she says you must’ve dropped it ? Ma’am this phone has no cracks if I dropped it you would know . She starts panicking I ask for manager number she gives me a wrong number . Than I call the cooperate they’ve been telling me the store will reach out to you but hasn’t for weeks this is going on a month . This is a 14 pro max with no scratches dents or anything . I can understand if I bought a case and no returns , but on a phone you messed up there’s no solution? AT&T mobile techs even said they messed the phone up because of there’s no drops or cracks she must’ve did something with the screen .

Changing my review after I discovered the scam this place is. Update: First, this place has so many 5star because they ask repeatedly that you please rate them while still in the store, I had an iPhone for 6 yrs, dropped it too many times to keep up with and never had an issue. I get it repaired and dropped it once (even with the free screen protector they give you which is just a thin piece of plastic that only protects from scratches just a warning), and my phone was cracked like I beat it with a hammer. This was after 1 drop in less than a month after getting it fixed, I take it in the try to charge me again to fix it. They say they use the same original screen but they are lieing, it’s just pure cheap thin glass. I go in to get some type of explanation, and the lady just kept talking over me and saying she can’t do anything, it was less than a...
