After years of going to this In-N-Out and it being a hit or miss if my food is right, I am officially done. There will be periods of my being able to go here for a few visits and the food is good, then I will go and it will be wrong for many more... I'll stop going for some months to a year and then the cycle just repeats. In-N-Out is a staple of Southern California culture, I grew up with it. Now going to this In-N-Out with the fries always nearly burnt--Crazy. Every time I order fries at this location in Cedar Park, my fries are awfully inedible. I discovered there is a Secret Menu and one of the secret menu items is having the french fries made well-done. This In-N-Out ALWAYS makes them this way. They should not be well-done unless requested. When I order I've tried explaining this and I'm always met with confused looks. Why? It's not rocket science. Don't burn the fries!! Change the oil you cook them in. In-N-Out french fries should be soft inside, with a golden crispy outside. In my attempt to describe this at EVERY visit, they ask me if I want them cooked lightly. The first time I said yes, and they were raw! My last visit, they were raw again. So spoke with the manager, Gary, and had them remade. He actually remade them himself. Great, hopefully they'll be good. Wrong. Again my fries were made well-done... BURNT. I'm tired of being disappointed. For heaven sake, they're fries, not scallops. Oh, and don't even get me started about the hair in my fries in another visit last year... called to talk to management and it was their corporate dispatch. Was sent a coupon for another free burger, fries and drink...any style, any size... and was almost charged for adding extra cheese. Smh. Get it together or...

California Vibes in Texas! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We recently visited the In-N-Out in Cedar Park, TX, and it was an impressive experience that brought a taste of California right to Texas! 🍔✨

As long-time fans from California, my wife, kids, and I were thrilled to find that the cheeseburger animal style was just as delicious as we remembered. The patties were perfectly cooked, and the fresh toppings and signature sauce made every bite a joy. 😋

The animal style fries were a family favorite, loaded with cheese, grilled onions, and sauce. They were a savory treat we couldn't get enough of! 🍟🧀

Our kids loved their hamburgers and fries, and of course, we all indulged in the rich and creamy chocolate milkshakes, which were the perfect way to top off our meal. 🥤🍫

The staff was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, a great spot for families! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Overall, our visit to the In-N-Out in Cedar Park was a wonderful reminder of why we love this iconic chain. It's comforting to know that no matter where we are, we can count on In-N-Out to deliver the same quality and flavor we adore. We'll definitely be back for...

People with food allergies be aware!

We have been going to this location for almost two years now. Everything was really good before. We have a kid with multiple anaphylaxis food allergies, always had been able to get protein style burger(burger patties and lettuce only)with no problem. Last two times we ordered there, they made mistakes both times. For the first time they put cheese in the burger, we didn’t complain and just ordered a new one again, but there were specks of onions in there when we came home to found out. Today we went there again, we checked the order when we got it, they put cheese and sauce on the burger after we specifically said it’s an allergy order. So they apologized and made a new one, came home with the burger to found out there were some sauce left on the beef patties, looks like they just wiped out most of sauce. If I hadn’t checked, my son would end up in hospital today! That’s really not cool! If you are open to take allergy orders you really have to take the responsibility of people who might have life threatening risks if you don’t prepare the meal as...

Normally this place is great. But tonight on Friday 5/2/2025 at 6:15pm, it was a disaster, they were all screwing around. They were unorganized and got the order wrong. Ordered a flying Dutchman with an onion wrap and they forgot it, finally got it and the onion wasn't cooked, they put it in a hamburger box, not a cardboard box so it opened up in the bag. The food bags were just shoved out the drive-thru window into my wife's face with absolutely no courtesy. The “iced tea” had no ice. They were all laughing and joking around with each other and customer service was the last thing on their minds. Whoever the manager was this evening should be fired to set an example of what not to do. We have gone to this In n Out on Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park, TX 78613 at least once a week, sometimes two or three times a week for the last five years. It's my Grandsons favorite place to eat. Never have we encountered such disregard for customer service. Phoebe the cashier was the only one doing her job correctly, she was courteous and professional, unlike everyone else. 😡

In and Out is a Bay area classic that makes its way to Austin. Perfectly located for lunch before shopping at Costco, I've found that the drive-thru line here is almost always quite long and going in can be faster. I always order my fries extra crispy which does take longer to get the order (longer being relative; I tracked 9 minutes from order to pickup for a double double and extra crispy fries). My wait was rewarded - I had the best fries I've ever had at an In-and-Out here, and I've been to ones in Vegas and the Bay. Where they could use some work is balancing condiments on the burger; you can see in my photos that one side had no lettuce while the other had all of it. But I give them a 5/5 for the fries alone, which are usually the weakest point of In-and-Out. It's virtually the same price as P. Terry's (at the time of writing, $7.63 for a double double + fries at In-and-Out vs. $7.58 for a double cheeseburger and fries at a P. Terry's) so if you're a fan of good fast food burgers, it's definitely worth a stop.

Give me EVERYTHING I didn’t ask for why don’t you, In-N-Out, Cedar Park!! Sent my teen to pick this up and she should have checked but we ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a hamburger with no tomato, and Coke no ice. As you can see from the pics, accuracy is not at all this restaurant’s forte! Fries were also sparse and kind of undercooked. We have In-N-Out in CA all the time when visiting family and we’ve yet to find any in TX that compare. But this location is just about as bad as they get! Update: customer recovery was great with a nice acknowledgment of the issue and I was issued via snail mail, 4 cards for free meals and a do over.
