Wish I could rate this store a zero. I had a terrible experience with management, that left me speechless. They promised items to our local school for a good cause and when I called to see if the items were ready they said they just gave them away to someone else who came in after us. I had already told our school I secured that donation. They have now left us scrambling two weeks prior to our event for our kids. Very cruel and inconsiderate. They could have at least called me but they left me waiting for over a week until I called them to follow up to see if it was ready. The manager was completely unsympathetic and told me to...
