Normally, this would have been a 5 star review. Unfortunately our experience upon check out compels me to rate this low and actually share my disappointment. In past visits, the entire staff here, on the floor or as a cashier, is amazing, friendly and very welcoming. Sara, at checkout today was unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. She was unable to engage or display any basic quality customer service. I had asked her about pricing on an item that I felt was rung in incorrectly. She did not appreciate my concern. The icing on the cake was that as she completed checking us out, I had paid and unlike previous shopping days—she did not ask if I would like a bag. Instead, she stood at the register—waiting for us to leave. No pleasant “Thanks for shopping” or “Have a nice day”. I asked her if I could please have a bag. “That’s .10 cents” and she rang up .10 cents on the register. I fumbled for a dime—not having one. My daughter finally provided Sara with 10 cents so we could get out purchase out of hawk and be on our way. She did make sure we had the receipt for our bag purchase of .10 cents. This was ridiculous. I shop here ALOT for my granddaughters and spend an average of $400-$500 month. It’s an affordable option for school clothes, since they grow out of them as quickly as I can buy them. I felt we were met with disrespect and treated as an annoyance for expecting the level of service typically given at this location. I did try to find her manager but was pressed for time. Therefore, I’m writing this review instead. Please use this as a training opportunity for Sara. I’m really debating on whether or not to come back —-I will go to another Old Navy just to avoid the...
Read moreFor Customer Service - look elsewhere!! Visited this store with a gift card that was purchased at the Park Meadows location. Even though I had the original receipt showing the gift card was fully paid for - they could not figure it out. Gave me a phone number that is only open on the weekends (it was Saturday). Did everything possible to make it "my problem" instead actually helping me by doing the right thing. "Sorry sir this gift card was purchased at Park Meadows so you'll have to talk to them" - UNBELIEVABLE!!! It's an Old Navy store - what difference does it make??? Will not be shopping...
Read moreI’m only leaving such a low score due to all the lights other than the ones at the cashier area being turned off 15 minutes before close. With a small child in the dressing room, it became incredibly dark and scared my kid and made it nearly impossible to see anything and decipher between which items we were going to buy. Completely understandable and usual practice to quickly turn the lights off and then back on as a warning that the store is closing, but I’ve never seen this practice at any store and certainly we purchased less...
