I’ve only been in this place three times, thought I would give them another chance, but every time I go in to get something fixed it breaks again, and I have to go back in. Brought in a piece of jewelry that they glued because he told me it was cheaper than sautéing and it broke again and the guy argued with me saying he didn’t fix it when I have a receipt. Don’t waste your money or time. Up until now. They were very nice. However some new guy that’s there was super rude and said we didn’t do it?! Ok I did it?!

I think their response is funny!

1- they glued it and the jeweler specifically said I will glue the chain to the clasp it’s the cheapest way to fix

2 it isn’t custom jewelry and it wasn’t bought on line!

3 you haven’t been able to fix one thing the first time and try to charge when I come back for you to fix it right

4 a favor isn’t when you pay someone!

Master Jewelers has friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff (typically family) that go above and beyond the necessities to provide exceptional service and low prices for quality jewelry. I've had them do rhodium plating on my white gold ring, size a wedding band they sold me, buy used gold, and clean jewelry. They are quick and ready to help. Had I known before, I would have chosen them to set my stone in the setting. They are much cheaper than the big stores.

I spoke with Shaun about what I wanted to buy, and he explained what my options were. We found a ring that seemed good, but maybe not quite good enough. I then went to the mall and looked at all the jewelry stores, finding nothing better than what I saw at Master Jewelers. I went to Jared and Shane, and was treated well, as well as found rings that would work well. I found the perfect ring at Shane, showed pictures to Shaun, and then decided to go with Shane.
