I always feel bad for leaving not so great reviews, but hopefully these reviews will either: A. Get management to figure their life out or B. Keep hangry people away from this location. All the times I’ve gone to pick up food, 9/10 my order has been wrong. I’ve been patient with the long line at the drive thru, I’ve been patient with them taking their time preparing the food, but when it comes to my food I go hulk and my day gets completely ruined if it’s not what I wanted (ask my husband he will tell you how hangry I can be).I’ve asked for no onion on my burritos, and they load them up with onions for fun. I’ve had food missing and because I’m often too nice, I just forget about it. I’ve had the wrong taco or the wrong burrito and I let it go but now it’s time I share with you all my passionate review.
This visit(which will be my last for sure) I decided to turn back around and go back to the drive thru to ask for my missing taco. As I approach the window, the nice but also sassy lady told me “your taco is in there sweetie”. I proceeded to start taking my other items out of the bag one by one, dropping cheese all over my car because the tacos weren’t well wrapped, and by the last item she grabbed the taco(which was cold because it was out in their kitchen) and tells me “oh here’s your taco”.
Since this location has been the most convenient for me, I have continued to go to it hoping one day they’d get my order right. But for now, I’m gonna have to sacrifice my gas and time and find another Taco Bell that can at least give me my burrito with no onion, and not question my integrity as a...
Read moreAbsolute worst Taco Bell in Colorado. I kept giving them chances, even after the renovation, because of convenience. Each time they left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will list examples of every mistakes they have made below. I have had it and will no longer be a customer at this location. I literally cannot pinpoint the failure with this branch because their mistakes have been scattered. I warn you to avoid this branch at all costs.
Mistakes:
Wrong orders x3 that I can remember right now but there is plenty more.- From not putting cheese on a taco when I never said no cheese. - Putting onions on a burrito when I specifically said no onion. - This last time I got home with not a damn thing that I ordered. How is that possible? If you have food allergies stay away.
Customer in front of me while I was waiting to order at the drive through... She was completely irrate so this is a bit bias. The, what I assume, manager starts yelling at her telling her that her coupons are not valid at this location was completely unprofessional. Keep in mind, this was at the speaker so the manager did not actually see the coupons. How do you get away with this?
Wrong change. I advise you check your receipts and compare the amount of money they hand back to you. I ordered two bean and cheese burritos ~ $1.29 a piece. I paid with a twenty and they gave me back 2 dollars and some change. Of course I caught it immediately but if I saw a 5 and a couple ones I might have not thought anything of it.
I hope you heed my warning and steer clear of...
Read moreI placed a mobile order last night. Once at the window, I was told there was no order under my name in their system. I had already paid for the food through the app, so I said I would still like to get my food. The employees flat out REFUSED to make the order, stating that they would get in trouble for making food that wasn't in their system. They kept repeating it even after showing them the order on my phone.
I asked if there was a manager there that could resolve the situation. The employee told me there was no manager and that I should contact customer support "instead of standing around arguing." This wasn't told to me in a calm manner. It was to the point that other employees were trying to pull this young man away from the window. This was definitely one of the most unprofessional interactions I've ever experienced at an establishment.
Finally, after taking a screenshot of my order with their own phone, a young woman told us to pull around and park while they got the order together. Once I received the food, I did not feel comfortable eating it due to hostility directed towards me prior to that. Who knows what they decided to do to my food? I had to trash it.
Their reaction makes absolutely no sense to me. Why not simply say, "Hold on a moment/pull around and park while we try to resolve the issue with the ordering system." from the start? It seems like these people took it personally when I just wanted my food. I don't think I was being unreasonable, and I doubt most people would just go home after not receiving something...
