Let me tell you about my experience at Game Set Match — because it wasn’t just shopping, it was a life-altering tennis pilgrimage. I walked in thinking I’d just browse. Maybe pick up a racquet. Maybe grab some strings. You know — casual. But within 15 seconds, Ryan Greenfield locked eyes with me like a tennis coach spotting a future Grand Slam champion. The man practically materialized out of thin air, like some kind of racquet-wielding guardian angel.
From that moment, it was game on. Ryan didn’t just help me. No, no, no. He took me on a hero’s journey through the world of tennis gear. He didn’t just show me racquets — he introduced me to them like they were royalty. He spoke in a mystical language of tension, sweet spots, and swing weights, each sentence making me feel like I was unlocking the secrets of the tennis universe. By the time he was done, I’m pretty sure I could hear the strings of my new racquet humming the national anthem.
And then there was Andy — the unsung doubles partner in this grand adventure. Andy is the guy who’s always at the net, ready with the perfect volley when you need it most. He chimed in with wisdom, nodded knowingly at Ryan’s advice, and occasionally dropped in golden tips of his own like a tennis sensei in stealth mode. I’m convinced that between the two of them, they could re-string a racquet in a hurricane while coaching Serena Williams and making you a smoothie.
The service? Immaculate. I felt like I was in some kind of luxury tennis spa. Every question answered. Every doubt erased. They didn’t just sell me gear — they sold me a vision of the tennis player I could be. When I left, I didn’t walk out — I strutted out, head high, carrying my bag like it was the Wimbledon trophy itself.
If you’re looking for tennis gear, go anywhere else and you’re basically playing on a cracked parking lot with a frying pan. But if you want the full center-court, championship match experience, you go to Game Set Match and let Ryan and Andy transform you....

Read moreSadly a letdown...... I drove a long way to come here as there are no tennis pro shops in my area and I consider myself relatively laid back, but overall I was disappointed. They had a descent size selection of racquets, but almost all of them were well above $125. There was almost no selection of cheaper racquets. Also the staff while seemingly knowledgeable, were hit or miss. They were relatively friendly, but seemed to be rather aloof, as they were focused more on stringing their racquets. Next I went looking at the apparel. Racks were dis-organized, and they were stocked with mostly small and extra small. Finding anything in a large or even medium was difficult, and the staff were not even sure if they had more in the back or not. Then even when trying on the few things I found, the dressing rooms were not very well maintained. I don't expect immaculate, but there were pile of clothes on the bench. Overall, I had high expectations for this place based on the other review of this shop, and was rather disappointed. Not a bad place, but I think I will go somewhere...
