I haven’t found anything worth writing an online review about in 15 years…until I met Nick.

The first time I spoke to Nick, he was calling to tell me that my landlord was selling the apartment I was currently living in. Despite those inauspicious beginnings, and after meeting with several other agents, he was so great that I was certain I wanted to work with him to buy my first home.

I was completely overwhelmed with the process and Nick made it simple when I needed it to be and got the details for me when I wanted to dig into them.

From the start, he set excellent expectations, and since he bought his first home in the tough Denver-area market not too long ago there was a sense of solidarity in working with him. We looked at many places but I never felt rushed. He adapted his approach to fit my needs, and together we figured out what I was actually looking for. When I was dejected after being outbid on several homes, he kept the momentum going.

And he did it all with a combination of pleasantness and professionalism that’s rare. I really don’t know how he pulls it off!

Without his wise advice and compassionate persistence, I think I’d still be paying an ungodly amount for a short-term apartment rental in Commerce City right now.

Nick is absolutely incredible. As a realtor and as a person! We moved states to CO and he held our hand each step of the way! He had an amazing platform we were able to utilize that showed us all the homes that matched what we were looking for and we could give personal feedback virtually to allow him to find the right homes for us. The experience you get with Nick is just 5 star the whole way. He is so positive but exceptionally knowledge and an honest person. He will always let you know what he thinks is best but always leave the decision to you. Genuinely we were blown away by his sheer information he was able to provide about the market and homes as a whole, and he is an incredible negotiator. I won't hesitate to use him in the future! He only collects competent people to work with and has the best recommendations, too. I can't say enough good, but Nick and Happy Homes...
