During our recent stay at the Drury Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center in Centennial, Colorado, we experienced an exceptional level of service and comfort that exceeded our expectations. This hotel has truly mastered the art of hospitality, making it a standout choice for both business and leisure travelers.
From the moment we arrived, the staff at Drury Inn & Suites provided impeccable customer service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk team displaying a friendly and welcoming attitude. They were attentive to our needs and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Housekeeping staff were equally impressive, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and replenishing amenities promptly.
The hotel's location is one of its standout features. Situated in the Denver Tech Center area, it offers convenient access to numerous corporate offices, making it ideal for business travelers. Additionally, it's close to major highways, providing easy access to downtown Denver. During our stay we made multiple day trips both north and south. Traffic can be a bit congested on I25 but that is to be expected. We found the Tech Center area to be a great location for our needs and wants. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short drive. Our personal favorite was the View House which is just around the corner from the property.
The cleanliness of the Drury Inn & Suites was impeccable. The lobby, hallways, and guest rooms were spotless, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were well-appointed with modern furnishings and comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries. It was evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness, which we greatly appreciated.
One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. There was a wide selection of hot and cold items, including eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, pastries, and cereals. The dining area was well-maintained, and the breakfast staff were attentive, ensuring that food items were replenished promptly. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary evening reception with snacks and drinks, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, our experience at the Drury Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center was outstanding. The combination of excellent customer service, a convenient location, immaculate cleanliness, and a delightful breakfast made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Centennial area and will definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The Drury Inn & Suites has set a high standard for hospitality, and we look forward to...
Read moreI am planning to return to the Drury Inn near the Tech Center in July, and I just want to thank a couple of folks for their immense assistance with my reservation:
Bailey in Central Reservations was very friendly and extremely helpful in comparing locations and room rates for the three Drury Inns in the Denver metro area. Thanks to her, I have a reservation for a spacious room at an extremely reasonable rate. Thank you, Bailey! Kay at the front desk was the BEST at assisting me with specific questions about the hotel and the area (it had been a couple of years since I'd visited). He was extremely friendly and very patient with all my questions. Thanks to him, I feel quite comfortable with my travel plans and am looking forward to a wonderful stay!
One of the main reasons I choose to stay at Drury Inn is the FANTASTIC people that work for the organization! Thank you to Bailey and Kay for being perfect examples of Drury's high caliber staff! My husband and I were spending a couple of days in the Denver area, and we needed a pet-friendly hotel in the southern portion of the metro. Drury Inn at the Tech Center perfectly fit our needs!
We really like their Kickback Buffet; it’s SO nice to have a light hot meal at the hotel after traveling, to avoid having to go out into the city again.
Our room was on the second floor, in the middle of the hallway, which was a very quiet location. It was sufficiently large enough for our needs, with a king bed, desk with office chair, armchair, and bureau with microwave and fridge. Our room and all the common areas in the hotel were quite clean and the décor was fresh and updated. We especially liked the front atrium, where the ceiling stretched several floors up and was fronted by balconies. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with the traditional full hot breakfast buffet of eggs, breakfast meats, breads, cereals, yogurts, fruit, and make-your-own waffles in addition to juices, milk, coffee and tea. We really appreciated the sustainability of the dining area: all plates, cups, and silverware were reusable and there was a designated area for bussing the tables for easy clean-up.
All the staff, from the front desk to the dining area to the housekeepers, were friendly and helpful and consistently made us feel welcomed. Special thanks to Rarey and Tori at the front desk, who handled our check-in and check-out, respectively. Additional thanks to Jackie and John (from Cape Girardeau!) who handled our reservations and were extremely nice and accommodating.
Note to pet owners: there is the usual pet fee as well as an agreement to sign regarding care of pets while staying...
Read moreWe stayed at the Drury Inn over our fall break while visiting Meow Wolf Convergence Station & Casa Bonita. We had a great time! It was far enough away from the craziness that is downtown Denver, but easy enough to get around. Maybe a 20-25 minute drive to where we wanted to go.
The positives: the staff is extremely kind and friendly!! I can’t say enough good things about how easy they were to work with. Check in and out was a breeze!
Our suite was clean and the perfect size for 5 people.
Having breakfast and dinner was fantastic. It did get crowded, and food would run out, but it was refilled and it was nice to not worry about going out for another meal. Snacks of popcorn and soda were also awesome!
There’s a 7-11 in the same parking lot if you need snacks or gas! And IKEA and the mall are right down the street.
Beds were comfy. :)
The negatives: there was a constant buzzing noise coming from machinery somewhere. We were on the top floor (we paid extra) and it seemed to come from the wall or ceiling. It wasn’t the air conditioning, fridge, or anything else we could figure out. If you have a hard time with unexplained noises, that might be an issue. We asked the front desk if they knew what it was or if we were close to laundry but we weren’t. I had to get ear plugs to sleep.
The pool is not heated. It wasn’t ice cold, but it was unpleasant. I’ve noticed this is becoming a trend at hotels. The texture on the bottom of the pool was really chunky & uncomfortable. It cut up our 8 year olds toes. :(
The elevators are slow.
You can’t take your adult beverages back to your room, so be prepared to hang out in the lobby with everyone at kick back until you chug it down. Which on the weekends is going to be most of the hotel.
Overall the hotel was fine, just needed a couple things to...
