IKEA Restaurant — Restaurant in Centennial

5 Stars for service at the Colorado IKEA! I made an online order for an extra set of couch covers in mid December, but only one of the 6 items arrived. The phone support folks failed me more than once, so literally 3 months after the order, and the last phone support person telling me that Ikea's database showed my items "delivered" but FedEx showing only that a label was made but no items received by FedEx for shipment, the phone support guy basically said "sorry you have to open an investigation with FedEx..." So I hopped in the car to go to IKEA to get in front of humans. The folks in the Colorado IKEA returns desk were awesome! They wasted no time making things right, they saw that the items I ordered were in stock at the store, had them pulled by a team member and given to me. In the 3 months since the order, the price had gone up by $19 but they did whatever magic overrides they needed to do, and I walked out with my couch covers. I walked in the store with a lid on my anger at the hassle, but I walked out happy. Thank you CO IKEA! Well played. Give your team a bonus or lunch...

Ikea never disappoints and the Ikea in Centennial is no exception! we took a friend who had never been to Ikea and as of our trip there today he is another Ikea fan. We had lunch where everyone was pleased with what they got from Salads to Salmon to delicious chocolate cake. Join Ikea and your coffee is free! we were able to get everything on our list and of course we picked up several other items as we strolled through the store. The setups and displays in Ikea are inspiring. From colors to the use of space to great little ideas to make life more simple and enjoyable Ikea has it all. Every room in your house and then fill your kitchen cabinets too. Our cashier Amanda even caught the fact that we had inadvertently forgotten part of one of the pieces we purchased and promptly sent someone back to fetch it for us. After looking for an item in the store. I was hungry and dizzy so I went to the café. I saw that they had a special Tues $3.99 meal. Bunch of people in line with children. I've eaten there before and liked the food. Low and behold getting ready to pay for my meal. It rung up as $11.99 I said, "excuse me the sign showed $3.99. The cashier stated its the member price.
