we needed football pants real bad for the game the next morning at litterally 9:30 am. im a single dad with young kids, wr couldn't find the size, long story short after about 5 trips in amd out of the dressing room I finally asked for help, the employee looked, and then , at the last minute before we were about to give up, she had an idea..check the mannequin! low and behold the ONLYZ mannequin had the brand and size we wanted and needed!!! what are the odds! SHES a genius. then after that I had found ANOTHER item and needed a price check so I asked a DIFFERENT associate and she informed me, after giving me the price, that if I download the app I can do my own price check, and I was like, can I connect it to my number on file, and she CONTINUED to assist me. then the young fellow at the register also went above and beyond so I asked him the first person's name and told him the story and he said her name was Julia and I could shout her out specifically because she saved the game...

I was in this location just an hour ago to buy weights/ workout equipment. After 15 minutes of rude and disruptive teenagers in the area I was shopping, I walked out. Teenagers were throwing things, speaking loudly and tackling a workout dummy. I was there to spend money while these teenagers were there not to spend money but rather be disruptive to customers, they succeeded! Workers allowed this to go on without speaking to the teenagers and asking them to leave. I spoke with the manager and explained the situation who than proceeded to tell me they are in the store often acting the same way. HUGE shoutout and thank you to MOD Zack. His level of customer service went above and beyond today and I could not be more appreciative of his willingness to help with my purchase. Curb-side payment processing was down again (same thing happened last week, causing me to lose out on dumbbells). Finally received a notification the weights were back in stock at Beaver. Immediately went online to purchase curb-side pick-up and received the same error message. Not wanting to lose out on the weights again, I called the store, explained my situation to Zack.
