Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Central Point

A young man with shaggy hair took my order, had me pay, and then told me I had to wait til he helped two other people in line to get my pizza even though it was ready on the shelf behind him. I asked him if I could just get my pizza because I already paid, he said in a stern voice " I told you I would get it for you after I help everyone else". Literally I have never paid for my pizza and then had to wait to get it when it was sitting on the shelf right behind him. He then put it on the counter, I went to grab it and he pulled it away from me. This was the strangest encounter I have ever had. He was very young, this is probably his first job, management should do some customer service training, he was way out of line and disrespectful. Not to mention the second person after me paid with cash and he did not wash his hands after touching someone else's cash and went straight to touching my food, one bag which only had three pieces of bread in it and the other had like 8. Looked like someone had ate the rest out of the bag. Whoever owns this location should keep an eye on the staff at...

This place is absolutely horrible. Don’t ever go to this place little Caesar’s if you can help it. Everyone we go to this one it’s the worst experience. We got a hot and ready piece and there was only sauce and cheese on one side of the pizza. I don’t get how lazy an employee can be that they don’t sauce and entire half of a pizza then forget to put cheese on it but still manage to put pepperoni on it? It baffles me the lack of intelligence or care for what they’re doing that these employee have shown. Once we came in 20 minutes before close and order a regular hot and ready and a cheese bread and the employees wrote a message on our box in garlic sauce asking “why” we had come in so close to their closing time. These employees are so entitled that they think they shouldn’t have to respectfully serve someone that comes in 20-30 minutes before they’re closing time and instead choose to ruin the food. This Little Caesars used to be the best one to go to, keyword used to. The last three visits I’ve made there have made me all but want to give up on them. First of three trips, we got our pizza and it was raw. Pizza dough was uncooked and not consumable. Second visit, ordered just a pepperoni pizza. Just one, no hot n ready pizzas available. We waited 20-30 minutes for ONE pepperoni pizza. Third visit was this evening (September 20) ordered two deep dish Supreme pizzas. They looked promising, but after taking one bite we realized that there was something missing. What was missing? THE PIZZA SAUCE. They made our pizza and didn’t put sauce on it.
