The packaging seemed a little confusing so I tried to get clarification to exactly what the wrist bands were about versus the ride tickets. The young female seemed a little confused but understood what I was asking. I brought up I had a very young child and was there restriction due to her height for a ride..she said yes but that it will cost the same and my youngest could drive the gocarts. (Later I found out she couldnt drive the carts even though I was sold the higher gaming package). I paid $175 and got some cards/wrist bands which I kept insisting the one band was for another person who happened to step away but I could put it on the person when they got back. The girl insisted that it could be put on me and used by the other person because she couldnt just give me the band (even though I paid for it). I reluctantly agreed even though that seemed not right to me at the time. My children went ahead and waited in one of the rides to get on. After almost 30 min The children came back pretty upset telling me that the cards was empty they couldnt ride the go carts. I went back to the booth which I paid and showed the receipts telling the girl what happened. Eventually a older male came over and tried to fix the mistake. However he kept questioning me if I placed the cards down or lost my cards. I was honestly insulted by this because I kept telling him I held onto the cards and only gave the 2 cards out of the 6 to my 2 kids to go onto the ride. The other cards was in my pocket. I pointed out that the girl who sold me the cards obviously gave me the wrong ones from the two piles of cards that was in front of her when she sold me the cards. After almost 30 mins trying to have the situation corrected I ended up with not the separate cards for each child but now only 2 cards to be divided to all 4 of my kids. At the same time I tried to clear up on getting the band on my wrist to the right person I purchased it for which got messed up again. I felt very confused because the older male kept bringing other things into our conversation on packages and I tried to explain what I told the younger female on what I wanted to buy. I found out that the younger female had me purchase something completely different then what I had asked for and even though I tried to explain that it didnt seem to register with the older guy. He seemed unsure on the whole situation was very confusing. I was so frustrated by it too so I had to walk away to cool off and comfort my younger of my children who were in tears at that point. (my younger children felt like they were being denied to ride the ride thus was upset) After I comforted my younger kids I went back up to the booth and asked for a refund for the ride stuff that I bought for my guy. (that I tried to deal with prior.) The booth attendant agreed it was a misunderstanding (which what the older guy mentioned earlier dealing while stating it was a mess up from the prior booth attendant on the whole wrong cards and not doing things correct..etc) anyway...even though I was sold the wrong package from my very youngest child but the package I had asked for and my guys package was wrong too. I explained that this was my first time at that establishment and came in excited to be there but ended up being frustrated not happy and honestly my whole family wanted to leave by the time this whole ordeal happened from the booth attendant selling the tickets screwed up and the wrong information that was given to us. I just want the refund from the one package that we are not going to use. He basically said "sorry we messed up and can not refund." I was beyond disappointed. I got screwed over by $40 but also the whole experience ruined what was suppose to be family fun. My youngest one was in tears because that attendant said yes on driving the go cart when in truth my kid couldnt. My kids did few games & wanted to leave. I could of been ok with a refund maybe added extra stuff for the trouble that was caused however they never offered. Could of used that money to go to a better place....

My seven year old son who happens to be a level three nonverbal autistic got to experience the Go-Carts for the first time. The gentleman working was very kind. Understanding my son was autistic, he buckled him in snug next to my boyfriend. My son loved it so much. He giggled so hard there and on the bumper boats. We went inside knowing there was 15 minutes until they closed at 10pm to play games. My son's love for the arcades is huge. They closed the games down 15 minutes early. My son was not happy about not being able to play them so he left pretty upset as did many other families on a Saturday evening. Multiple children upset and crying wasn't what I had planned at the end of the night but the employee said "they close them down early so people have time to cash in their tickets." Some children are not there for the tickets or prizes. Other than that it was a very successful experience for my son. To see him smile and giggle is everything to this mama. If you say "open until 10pm" then you should honor that with everything being accessible until that time. The company/owner makes more money for goodness sakes with as many people that were there to ride some more and...

This is a review specifically for a three year old birthday party with the buckaroo package. Eight kids, fourteen adults. Booking was totally a breeze, even when I called back a week later with a slight time adjustment. Upon arrival, we were greeted in such a friendly, welcoming manner by Nick. He was super helpful the two hours we were there and was making sure we had everything that we needed, even bringing us several pitchers of water. He also assured us that we didn't need to worry about too much cleaning because they would handle it and to basically focus on the fun and festivities (talk about putting a Mom's mind at ease!). The room was clean and set up really nicely. Nick gave us brief instruction and everything was underway. The kids (age ranging 1-12) had an amazing time in the arcade and Captain Jack's playhouse (which even had a spot for smaller babies/toddlers). All in all, totally worth it, especially when trying to arrange a birthday in cold weather. I will most likely host another party there...
