Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Central Point

I love DutchBros coffee. But my experience tonight was different. As i was in line i watched the young lady accepting cash as payment from a customer and i just watched her the whole time and waited for her to wash her hands because she is going to prepare my coffee next. When it was my turn, i made my order and she just went straight to preparing my order, when she asked if i would leave for a tip or not "its completely optional" i right away said "No, No tip." It sounded rude but i was still in shock knowing that she didnt wash her hands after handling that cash and we know its still the pandemic season. Yeah i should have told her to wash her hands first but i didnt have the courage to tell her. I just hope DutchBros reads this so they can always be reminded of the very important thing when handling food/drinks. Dutch bros used to be the only coffee place I would go. But the last year or 2 the people that make the drinks don't really seem to care much weather it's right or not, EVERY SINGLE time the last year I've ordered a blended drink, more than half of it Is just liquid, not blended at All!! I've asked them if something was wrong with the machine, but they always tell me that's just how they are.... how they have always been, but it's definitely not. I've tried 7 or 8 different places&every one is the same, my"Blended"drink is always 2/3 just liquid. & I don't like it that way so I normally drink the lil bit on top that's blended and throw the rest Away.. it makes for a VERY SMALL, REALLY, VERY EXPENSIVE COFFEE. The whole thing makes me kinda sad cause they were really the best at one...

I have gone to different dutch bros throughout the valley and about 90% of the time either my drink or my brothers drink is made incorrectly. If need be I will explain more but this is the recap of my most recent visit. I went to the 24 hour dutch bros in Central Point. There were four workers and 4 cars in line. No one came out to take anyone's order ahead of time. We waited over ten minutes to have our order taken and had to repeat one drink 3 times. To have both of them made incorrectly. Ive bitten my tongue but when you spend a lot on coffee and tip every time and its made wrong...thats disrespectful on your part. All I ask is that people listen and make it...
