Quiznos — Restaurant in Centralia

After finally breaking up with Jimmy John's after 6 long years of employment, 3 of them being management, I stepped into a Quiznos today... I have to say that part of me felt like I was cheating. That moment was very fleeting. I stepped up to order and there, patiently awaiting me and my boyfriend, was Tim and Tina. I was greeted by Tim and I can honestly say I don't think I have ever felt a more sincere, genuine and caring greeting in my life. Upon receiving my cup of delicious broccoli cheddar soup, I glanced around at the wall. There, hung multiple photos of their outreach to the community alongside a news article of franchise-wide recognition of their business management skills. I got the chance to speak with Tina and congratulate her on their accomplishments as a business. You can walk into ANY restaurant and feel the vibes the workers put off. Those vibes set the temperature of the store and ultimately, the success of the business. If customers walk in and it's too cold (indifferent or insincere), they wont come back. If it's too hot (hostile, impatient or aggressive), the customers will leave. Here, the owners were the workers, putting in the hours and the work to ensure their business provides the very best temperature to their customers. THIS is more than just a business.

Tim & Tina, you are amazing people! If I ever pass through again, I'll be getting soup, salad AND a sandwich! Keep up all the hard work...

We've always been happy with this store until today. We decided to try their delivery and we never will again. Our order was supposed to arrive at 7:30pm, 7:45pm I received a call that the delivery driver had just returned to the store and was going to be leaving with our order. About 8pm we finally got our food. I asked if the straws were in the bag and she said yes, they were not. Our food was prepared correctly, which is why it's 2 stars instead of 1, but the sandwiches were not hot and were soggy as if they had been sitting since the 7:30pm time we were supposed to get them. Our office needed a lunch prepared for 12+ adults and this location made it so easy. The person on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. Also, they take call-in orders (other places I'd called said I needed to walk in to place my order due to high volume during lunch hours). I had tried calling another place starting at 8am and there was no answer until almost 10am. I didn' t realize there was Quizznos in town and a coworker said to call them instead... They'll be delivering our delicious lunch this afternoon before we close for our lunch hour....
