My brother and I went to this store when it was time to get an upgrade. I did have my reservations as this wasnt an actual verizon store. We were in there for most of the day with Lexi and she was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased 2 new phones, covers, screen protectors and a bluetooth speaker. Needless to say we spent a good deal of money. My only complaint leaving was my plan changed from 4 gb to 2 when it wasnt supposed to. I dont use too much data so i let it go versus causing a stink. Well fast forward a few months with me stopping into the store. I went in because when we purchased the screen protector we were told it had a lifetime gurantee and if it rolled or anything to come into the store and they would just put another on. (We purchased the new edges and Lexi said this was something that did happen) so upon going in i went up to the rep and told him the scenario. He immediately pulls off the cover then told me they were actually out of stock. He offered to give me a discount on another but i declined since i purchased the one with the lifetime warranty that they guaranteed me would get replaced. He then told me they were expecting some in tonight or tomorrow then asked if i wanted my cover back. As he folded it in half i said no its pretty much useless now. So i came back in today to get one. The rep that helped me,Chris, said they were still out of stock and didnt control the ordering. That i could either go onto the website and pay to ship a replacement or purchase a new one. He was very disrespectful and didnt offer any help or resolution. He didnt offer any help even though it was their rep that pulled off the cover i had. Then told me since it was needing replaced anyways it didnt offer protection. I beg to differ the side coming up versus having no screen over 90% off the phone did provide protection. My problem is why did you sell a product and guarantee me that all i would need to do is come in and get it replaced to later possibly not carry it. I did lose my temper when i explained i didnt want to jump through hoops to get a new one when i was told it would be an easy fix. Chris stated it wasnt jumping through hoops but i beg to differ. Not only did i get lied to about a product i purchased i was told it would be in stock and came back to only find out they maynot be carrying it and i had to go online to order it and pay shipping. Its the pri cipal of the matter dont sell something or guarantee a customer something you cannot provide then offer not customer service to try and fix the issue. I work for a contact center so it was very appaling to get the customer service i did today and after seeing the rest of these reviews and ratings i understand why. How something so trivial as swapping out a screen protector could be so hard for them to try and accomodate...

I was a little bit unhappy with the phone font and the brightness , so I called the Olympia store to speak with the manager Nate then Taylor told me that he's not at this store today but I can provide you with Centralia Verizon store where he is now and he did. I call TCC Verizon in Centralia and Nate answered the phone and explained to him my situation with the phone and he was professional and will to help me except he will not be going back to Olympia store for another 5 days, I asked him if I can drive to Centralia can he help me, he said yes of course just come in, so I drove to Centralia and it was a nice drive, when I arrived to his location he stopped what he's doing and tried very hard to help me then I left back to Olympia. Two days later still I couldn't stand this phone from the font and the brightness, I wasn't sure it's the phone or my eyes. So I called the Olympia store again I wasn't lucky I guess they told me he's in Centralia today, I called Verizon store in Centralia and spoke to Nate explaining to him again my situation and he told me that I can return the phone back to the store with all the packages and they will issue a full refund. I told him ok but I still need phone to use, I asked him can I purchase a Motorola g stylus phone then after that return it to the store? Hello said yes but let me know which phone you like and I will order it and transfer everything from the pixel 9 pro xl to the Motorola phone then will do the return at that time. After we spoke I went to Best Buy in Olympia at the capital Mal and checked out the phone's and it that time I noticed that the other phones the same to me, and I remember when Nete explaining to me about the phone and he recommended this phone the pixel 9 pro xl then I realized that he's trying to help me, so I walked out of Best Buy without purchasing anything and went home with the he same phone with me the pixel 9 pro xl, the second day I realized his Passion! Read moreIf I could give zero stars for the one particular person, I would. I went in on a Saturday recently to transfer Service from another provider to Verizon. The person that helped me on Saturday was fine and I got everything done. They had mentioned if one of my SIM cards doesn’t work to come back and they would switch out the SIM card. I got a call on Sunday from someone at this location that did not identify themselves and told me that I had switched service, they wanted to know who I switched from. I told them to tell me who they were because I don’t give that information out to just anybody, and they proceeded to tell me that they were from the TCC store in Centralia and one of my employees was in there with a broken phone and that he was just trying to help me (as if I were a problem.) I said, how would I know where you were from if you didn’t identify yourself? He said well my number is on caller ID but that’s OK ANYWAYS can you just give me the stuff so I can help your employee!? It was hands-down one of the worst experiences for Customer Service. He got what he needed and before he got off the phone he said, is there anything else I can help you with and I said no but I definitely will be contacting your location because this was absolutely horrible. In less than five minutes, I got a call from the person I had worked with on Saturday who said I’m sorry I was just notified by my coworker that you were really upset with the service I provided yesterday. And then I had to explain to him that I was not upset with the service that he provided, but the person that called me on Sunday was literally the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Please, TCC, screen your employees for their customer Service abilities. This particular employee makes their clients feel like they don’t know anything and that they are a burden.
