Food was amazing for starters. Only 4 stars because the customer service was not the best. When we ordered we told the employee (Elisha) we wanted a plain turkey and cheese sub because we were going to give it to our dog. Our younger daughter changed her mind on what type of bread she wanted and asked politely if she could change it to wheat and he made it very obvious when he rolled his eyes at his coworker about it. We went outside to sit at the table until our food was ready, a customer came outside and said “they have a question for you”. Why 1 of the 3 employees we saw couldn’t walk outside instead of sending a customer is unknown. I went back inside and someone said “is this turkey and cheese for your dog?” I told them yes and went to sit back down. We picked up our food and went to eat outside, we ended up with a bowl of a few pieces of turkey with melted cheese. When I asked about the bread they looked confused then inconvenienced when I asked for the bread seeing how I paid for a whole sub.

Ambiance: Clean and not overly loud environment. A few tables for indoor dining. Sufficient. Service: Greeted by staff as you enter and ready to take your order whenever you are ready. Sandwiches came out faster than expected. Food Quality: Hot Ones zesty garlic hook and ladder was outstanding. The bread is soft and not dry or tough. Quality ingredients and the sauces are always on point. Value for Money: $11 for a medium sub. Around 8'-10' or so. The sandwiches are so flavorful that you won't feel bad one bit paying $11. Overall Experience: Another win. Firehouse Subs is undefeated so far. Never had a bad experience. Recommended

The flavor for the subs is on point. I am disappointed in the portion size. If I spend $20 on a sub. Better be Jersey Mike portion. Bright side very clean establishment. Friendly service.

I love this firehouse subs! I never really enjoyed subway it was just mediocre. I fell in love with jersey mikes and then when I heard about firehouse subs I was.. skeptical I would say but then I had the Philly Cheesesteak! That was it.. I was coverted! 😆 but seriously I LOVE what I've tried so far. I've also had the basic turkey and ham one (cant remember the name) cold and it was even BETTER than the Philly cheese steak but the steak on the Philly is still the best I've had so far on one. I've also tried the mac n cheese and usually I dont enjoy the white mac n cheese but I really like theirs. It looks like Kraft but white. Its all been yummy so far and the store is clean and they have these toy fire truck models out of wood (that either the owner or manager made) that are cool to look at. The whole thing together is...

Just beside Paper Murphy's pizza, this quaint little sub shop doesn't really stand out. I've been door dashing almost 14 months now and until recently, after receiving a pick up and deliver order from my company I hadn't really paid much attention because I'm like " Firehouse Subs?" Since then I've picked up quite a few more orders from them and the way I do things, I want to know more. Asking my customers adout there experience with Firehouse, how they liked the food and received nothing but excellent responses. I don't really eat a lot of sub sandwiches these days đŸ€” I don't know why, lol I know I like them. So I added Firehouse Subs to my list of places to go to gain my own thoughts. The folks there are great people and I look forward to reporting my experience soon....
