While the selection of in stock items is always a little disappointing (mostly because I’m all about instant gratification, the customer service in store is ALWAYS great. And there are generally enough in stock options to at least get my perfect sizes dialed in so I can order with confidence. An added bonus to shopping in store is, if you order something not currently in stock, they get you next day air delivery free of charge (something that will cost around $40 extra ordering through the website or app from home). The manager never made himself available. There was know one in the store with the exception of my wife and I. Then two additional customers came in. Alicia was very helpful however but you would think the lead person would at least greet us, he did not. Very standoff. He had his back to us when we entered the store and never turned around. Crossed paths with him twice and he still never asked if we needed help. Wont come back to this location and will report this to the corporate office. Alicia should be trained to take over his position. She was very customer service oriented and focused. If it wasn't for her and her great attitude, we would have walked out....

Ok....I've been searching for larger than standard bath robes for years and was excited to find this place. I got an XL size because I like things a bit larger than normal. But since when do guys want to have the sash right underneath the chest? This is a terribly upsetting design and I'm being charged a restock price for the fact that this is a poorly designed garment.

I suggest nobody goes here for bathrobes. You will be insulted by wearing it.
