I went to my friendly Centralia Jack in the Box on 14 April 2024 and we waited for about 25 minutes for our food. Our food came out incorrect and it was cold and dry when I nicely went in and had said I apologize for any inconvenience, but this just isn’t this isn’t the quality that I was expecting and it was dry, and the fries were cold and stale I said is it possible for it to be remade? The guy said he was unsure if we were allowed to do that he discussed it with his coworker and she said well if I just make it again, it’s just gonna be the same as what you were given before so after they discussed that they went and got the manager the manager came up to me really really rudely. She was basically yelling at me and she asked me to go get the food from my car so that she could see what I mean and I was a little confused by that I was like OK I’ll go get it so I went and grabbed it from the car. I brought it back to her and I said here’s the food, and she decided to open the container on the counter in front of me with a customer behind and Use her bare hands to dig into the sandwich and dismantle the sandwich proceeding to give me gross looks on her face and then she closed it and said OK and then When I explain to her that we go there pretty much every single day, and we’ve never had an issue with our sandwiches. She then proceeded to say no they made them correctly and that I was wrong and that that is the protocol for how things are done, she then began yelling at me, and I had to tell her to calm down, and she was making me shake and have almost a panic attack. I told her that she was treating me like a child, she picked up the tacos from the box and said what’s wrong with these in a very rude tone and I said nothings wrong with those and so she decided to throw them onto the counter and said OK I was just checking and she walked away when I asked what her name was, so we then had to you Ask one of the workers to have her come back to the counter she came back to the counter. We asked her name she said my name is Sam, and then she turned around and walked away. They gave us our food, and it was almost incorrect again but we corrected them and so when we were leaving, we said Sam, I hope you have a better day and she said U2 and then Place started laughing and when we were leaving customer had approached me and said thank you, and I asked her why and she said that Sam had been rude to her almost every time and she needed someone to put her in her place. She said that Sam had told her that she was not allowed in there because she had use the restroom while there was a long line before...

I recently lost my child and finally was hungry after driving about 3 hours from the funeral getting things in order and it has been, emotional, heartbreaking and absolutely the worst thing I could imagine. I thought it would be good to get something to eat as I finally got an appetite. I went to get food through the drive thru. Took two bites and all of a sudden passed out in my car, mind you only got about 2 hours of sleep as it’s hard with the tragic events that happened, Around 2:00-2:15 AM Thursday mornimg one of your workers knocked hard on my car window, cracking it with his ring. He then yelled at me, saying I was trespassing. This wasn't okay and scared me. It also damaged my car. This was the first sleep I'd had in days, though I do apologize for sleeping, I didn’t realize I passed out, but the worker's behavior was not okay. He should have approached me with a kind and understanding attitude. Instead, he was aggressive and a threatening to pull me out of my car and Saying he called the cops. Etc. I want a refund for my meal and payment for my car window. Please check your security videos to see what happened. Read moreI'm not leaving this review to complain, but rather to inform local folks. This location is consistently friendly, and the food is prepared well. I prefer this location to the one closer to my home in Grand Mound for these reasons....however, they are almost never open at the time they claim to open. In the last month I've gone/tried to go there in the morning about 4 times. They nearly always had their doors locked and a traffic cone in the way of the drive thru. There were several employees in cars outside. Unfortunately in an effort to make it to work on time I will often order on the app. This means I have to take a break an hour or so into my shift to go pick up what I had ordered earlier in the day. They are consistently friendly and even apologetic. If I was working in a production line somewhere I would simply not be able to go pick my food up later, so local warehouse workers who would prefer not to have to eat a McNasty McMuffin would be out of luck trying to get anything for breakfast as these are the only chains open that early in our area. Unfortunate, again, because the staff who I do interact with at this location are great. Just can't count on...
