Starbucks — Restaurant in Centralia

We stopped for a drink on our way through town. I ordered a hot chocolate with hazelnut syrup. Shelby was the cashier and she asked me if I still wanted the vanilla in it. I have ordered this drink before and have never been asked that, so I asked her to explain. She proceeded to tell me that they usually put vanilla in with the mocha. I said mocha? I want a hot chocolate with no coffee and added hazelnut syrup. She was like, Oh! I paid for my drink, we left, and it wasn't until after we left that I commented my drink was really sweet and I realized I got a steamed milk with hazelnut flavoring and no chocolate at all! A standard Starbucks product with sub-Starbucks service. There were three servers working and chatting behind the bar to make a single smoothie for the person ahead of me. Nobody acknowledged me or the quickly growing line (which grew to three people behind me before I ordered) until this smoothie was done.

When it was, I could order my two drinks and the server at the till took the cold order while another became a barrista. The person behind me had to wait for my iced drink to be completed before being greeted.

Over the time I was there the line ebbed and flowed but at times grew to ten people ordering drinks to go and it just seemed like a bit too much waiting for the ratio of...

Terrible service. I ordered a bacon Gouda only to be told after I paid that they were out of them and asked me to pick a new sandwich- Im pretty sure the bacon Gouda was more expensive than the second one I picked. Didn’t receive any difference in change. Then one of the drinks I ordered came with whip when I shouldn’t of. I tried to get the baristas attention and she was distracted talking to someone else or to tell her that the drink was supposed to have no whip and she didn’t say anything to me but grabbed a drink took a spoon scraped it off and handed it back to me. Never saying a word. Pretty terrible...
