Taco Bell — Restaurant in Centralia

This location is a strange taco bell On one hand the place is always clean and bright and reasonably fast, the restrooms are usually clean and the staff is friendly. the management and staff seem to be on top of things However; on every visit somehow my order is always incorrect... and its usually weirdly wrong. example: I ordered one of their specials and substituted the beef for chicken. What I received was the correct item minus the meat cheese... it consisted of lettuce, tomato, and a corn wafer with sour cream in a wrapper did not make for an appetizing lunch xD Its like they are in a hurry and are not paying attention to what they are doing... I would say its a good place to get lunch but check your items before you leave.

The store must have been really busy yesterday afternoon because I waited half an hour in line, some of that time was on the street just waiting to get turned into the parking lot, before I was able to get in line, so some cars that came after me got in front of me because they were in a different lane. It was still a really long wait once I got in the drive-thru line and when I got up to the window it turned out my food had been sitting in an open bag waiting by the window which explains why it was cold. I had ordered on the app and had already marked I would pick up in the drive-thru before I saw the line. Even though I chose sauces in the app, I didn't get any sauces or napkins. One of the workers seemed concerned that I was a doordash driver, which I'm not and no one asked me if I was; I ordered on the app for myself. I bought $30 worth of food, which is absurd for two meals. My chicken chalupa was literally rock hard, and the chicken was super dry. this was like chewing through leather, and it literally hurt to try and eat. The small freeze we ordered is literally the old kids' meals size. It's tiny, but had NO flavor in them. I have been a customer for a while, and with how awful our food was and the portions, we won't be back. The employees were extremely loud, playing loud music, laughing, and having a good time. I get it, its late at night, but at least cook. Normally I wouldn't care, but when they are giving out very old food instead of working, it's super irritating.
