Absolutely horrid experience coming to this store. I’m a very frequent Coach customer and have been in almost once a month to purchase items. From the woodburn outlets to the north bend ones. This is my first time in a long time stopping in on the centralia store, while on my way to work. To start, the staff here are not friendly And while trying to purchase my items my account wouldn’t come up. A bit irritated, I asked to just continue with the checkout without giving me a new account. At this point, who I assume to be the manager “Melanie” was called over and immediately began a loud and rude tone. Stating “you need to calm down” to which I calmly replied “im calm” and she proceeded to tell me I can “calm down or leave” so because I was already calm my only other option was to leave. This Coach store has restored my faith in finding really helpful associates that specialize in treating their customers well. Most recent visit my mom and I went in & were unsure of which selection of purse we both wanted, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about their products and pricing. Kellie literally went so far out of her way to look in the back to find a purse I wanted so very much. I am so happy with this store and how I'm treated when I walk through the doors by everyone who works here consistently. I am a life long customer here & will continue to bring my family and friends. We drove s considerable distance to check out the selection and sales at this Coach Factory outlet store in Centralia. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there was a 70% off sale in progress. Our lucky day! Some items were 70% + 20% more off. Our very lucky day! There was a large selection of purses, wallets, bags and tons of other accessories like slippers, belts, coats, sweatshirts, backpacks, totes bags, umbrellas etc. The staff was very helpful but not pushy.
