Each time I go up there, it never ceases to disappoint me. Between watching the shoplifting that happens, or the parking lot acting as the Daytona 500, you will have some excellent viewing if your bored. Going to shop is another story. I try to be courteous and polite but the level of the people that now constantly occupy the entire shopping center will try even the patience of a saint. It doesn't matter what time of day you go you'll see the same people doing the same thing. Since when did shop lifting become legal? I've watched men waking in and down the beer aisle, grab a 12 pack of beer and just walk out. Occasionally you'll see police activity but I believe it's gotten too much for them to handle. And when did backpacks become an essential fashion accessory when entering any stores? Grown men wearing a backpack that covers 3/4 of their backs is in Vogue? The amazing part is that they're basically flat when entering the store, and if you watch closely, the same backpack is inflated to the point of not being able to zipper them up. Next time you go up there watch closely, if anything it's sad and humorous at the same time. Oh and watch out for the people that have to text and walk at the same time comparable to a drunk person trying to walk, while not paying attention to any cars that may hit them. God forbid they should get off the phone long enough to walk across the car isles without having to have a car slam on the breaks to avoid hitting you. If you happen to leave unscathed, consider it your lucky day because someone else won't...

All the stores here are pretty good, but T mobile has the worst service out of all these stores. My phone was out of battery and it was like 9:15 or something and t mobile was looked open. I saw two young employees and I tried to go in but they locked the door. I tried to ask if I can buy a portable charger, but all they did was pretend they couldn't here me. They just smiled and mouthed that it was close. I thought okay maybe it is close, so I walked into the store next to it which is bbq chicken to find a phone I can use to call for a ride. I waited for like 30mins and noticed that the two employees were still in there just talking. Honestly what were they even doing, if it was closed why were they still there. We're they scared that I was wearing a hat...

I went to the Giants to buy a Canada dry It was 2 for $6 with discount So I grabbed it. When I want to pay it, it did not discounted. So I asked the person who worked there for help. But she didn't seem to know what to do.I think she wasn't trained.I spent a lot of time there and eventually she sent me to the service center.As a customer who has been using the Giants for almost 20 years, it wasn't that difficult.As a customer who has been using the giant for a long time, I am very sorry that they do not have enough service...
