I'll start off this review with something positive and later discuss what I experienced. The food was delicious. They provided large portions for an affordable price and the atmosphere was great. The service was excellent and the food came quick. I would have came back with my friends and I to bring them more business until after I left. My friends and I went to the GameStop next door browsing around and the server came in angry. I thought my card was declined or something went wrong with the purchase. He was demanding that I paid him a tip. Some people don't agree, but I don't pay tips for any service because it's just an excuse for the customer to pay for the employee's salary. I believe the company should pay their salaries entirely and if it's not enough, the employee should find a new job that pays them better or be grateful that anyone would tip him at all. But if you have to stalk my friends and I and start demanding for me to pay you a tip and enter my breathing space, I would have lost my temper and acted in self-defense if he touched me. You don't stalk customers and demand them to pay you more money for your lousy job. That's how you lose business for the company and almost get arrested for harassment. I hope other people will read this and consider if this is the type of restaurant that they want to go to. Never had a restaurant behave this way to their...

This is my second time coming here and I ordered DonKatsu. I can tell it's very well cooked but at the same time it's noticeable that it was put out for a bit before bringing it to our table because it wasn't hot enough and took away the freshness from it. I would say the same thing for kimchi as shown in the picture since it also tasted kind of bland. The overall taste wasn't bad at all, it's just that the food wasn't fresh enough.

The service is good. It was very busy on Sunday so I understand that the waiters cannot serve everyone at once. I came to eat with a group of 8-10 people and the checkout process was kind of a bummer because apparently they only accept payment for the whole table as one check (we wanted to pay in separate checks); so I decided to just go pay at the counter instead. Would I say it's a restaurant that's worth coming back? Yes. But I would keep in mind that not every menu they have might...

This is my first time ever leaving a review. Horrible customer service, the waiter demanded tip from me and told me to not come back if I don’t give tips? “I’ve seen you here before and don’t bother coming here again for dine in if you don’t give tips.” His tone and manners were so rude. I’m honestly having hard time understanding how the tip system works here. I used to come here often and they always gave me dirty looks and demand tip each time. I give them tips sometimes but I’m a student and I don’t always have extra money with me. I thought tip is something optional? Why are they acting like it’s mandatory? Also this another time a waitress demanded more too from me and didn’t like the one i gave her. Centerville location is also rude to foreigner customers. I won’t be coming here again. Anyways, their loss they lost...

I love this place, we went to the one in Fairfax but this one is better, friendlier staff, cleaner establishment and better food. This time we got the beloved Kimbap, Fried Chicken, Bulgogi, and Wonton Ramen. If you want to eat traditional Korean Street/Comfort Food, this is the place to be. The batter for the fried chicken reminds me of the chicken and gizzards I would get from Agima outside Camp Casey in the Ville. Since discovering this place, I probably eat this 4-5 times a week.
