I’ve never shopped here but my husband does a lot. Today I needed to do an exchange for him for a different size. The woman who helped was extremely nice and helped me find the item in the store since I’d never been there before. It was very quick and easy. In the car, I realized she had put the original item in the bag by mistake, so I went back in to swap it out. She apologized, although not needed- no harm done! But what I really loved was that all the women working in the store immediately all reassured her that everyone makes mistakes, no big deal, they do it sometimes too. I highly recommend Lands End if you are looking for warm winter clothing and gear. I traveled to NYC for the holidays this year and my Lands End Coat kept me warm the whole time. I got the womans insulated plush coat with hood. It’s everything I needed, warm, removable faux fur, flattering lines, 2 way zipper that works ,and it goes to my mid thigh or a little lower. I got this coat in size medium. I am 5’3” and 160 lbs for reference. I also got some flannel Pj Pants in size Medium and I love them as well. I placed the order in November 4th. Lands End shipped it on November 11th as shown on the attachment. I was very worried when i came across name of Lands End on Google. They have an extremely bad customer service. They actually shipped my stuff after my first email on November 10th. This is a very bad experience and I would like to share this with everyone to lean a lesson. They have shipped it on November 11th and I am expecting to receive it on November 17th.
