4/17/23 I placed my order online received my confirmation and pick up time which was 8:50, Got there and was informed that my order was not received. The young girl I was talking to was cool but this older guy working the front line had a problem. He told me that it must’ve didn’t go through he asked me if I had the email confirmation so I stepped back to find it so other people can pay for their order. I went back to the girl to show her that I had it and he came back over huffing and puffing about it saying again “we didn’t receive your order” ok that fine but it’s paid for, it came to your location and I’m here so all he had to do was just make my order. He was agitated like I did something wrong I just showed proof that I placed an order. Upon reading from my phone the first order which was a quesadilla he was making he then asked if there was anything else I said yes and told him another quesadilla, he huffed again and placed the first order behind him and proceeded to help someone that just walked in to place a order..I could not believe he did that!!! There were other employees working the line ,for a pick up that was suppose to be ready came 4 mins early and he dismissed my order. I instantly let him know that he was being very rude to me and he kept stressing that they didnt have my ticket. I was not upset that my order wasn’t ready when I got there at all, every other employee in that room was fine but he was bothered so that lead to me arguing with him and all I wanted was to get the order I paid for completed so my child and I can leave. A female employee ended up completing my order and I can tell that she was making up for how he gave me service cause she was making sure everything was correct and I was pleased with how she handled the situation and her kindness. That man was so upset that another customer came in to place a order and ended up walking out without food because that same guy was being rude to him...
Read moreWalked in shortly after 11am for early lunch, no one was there, staffs were busy prepping still. Got my burrito as usual and the first person took my order didn't seem like having a good day but hey it was Saturday morning who wants to work, I let it go. Paid for my order and sat down to eat. I took a bite and found there were black/grey spots all over the tortilla. I took a little piece out and ate but didn't feel comfortable eating this took it back to the cashier, no one was around. Waited a minute and another staff walked out from the back room saw me. He then went to report to the managern who came out and checked, offered to remake or refund. I was hungry so asked it to be remade. He also said it was due to the hot plates weren't cleaned properly caused this. He made the 2nd staff to clean up but he wasn't sure how..the manager didn't explained at first and scolded him. Didn't feel comfortable standing there so stepped away until being called to customize my order. It was much better the 2nd time and tortilla tasted good. The problem solved and I felt glad that I brought this up so everyone else who walks in will have tortillas warmed on a cleaned hot plates, although I felt sorry for the 2nd staff who helped me at the end. Thanks to him. And as a customer, I felt very uncomfortable watching the manager handling the situation. I wish their talk was taken behind the scene. Just for the staff, I am leaving 3 stars, if it was for the store, it would have been 1. Overall sanitary wasn't meeting my standards as a food chain. It was only 30mins after their open time but I still saw the baskets where they give burritos in were so dirty, tables weren't cleaned, not mentioning the hit plates ugh. Read moreI got a burrito from this godforsaken establishment like a month or two back: absolute worst burrito I have ever consumed. It had me begging my digestive system for forgiveness for WEEKS. Additionally, it had me spewing my guts out three times that night. I thought maybe, just maybe, it was an unfortunate anomaly. So like a fool, I make another appearance at this joint. Due to some structural integrity/wrapping concerns, which I will discuss later, I decide to order a bowl. This poor and distasteful judgment does not change ANYTHING. Needless to say, I’m now writhing in gastrointestinal agony yet again. Now, on the wrapping issues I've had with this Chipotle. Maybe I've just gotten unlucky, but you truly must pour more time into training. Wrapping a burrito is and should be an elementary task if you decide to work at a Chipotle. Even a donkey could do it. So someone please enlighten me as to why, on two separate occasions, I have been unable to get a properly wrapped burrito from this place. Both times, I have been disappointed to the point where I now request an empty bowl to deal with the wreckage that comes along with these abysmally wrapped burritos. I guess I have asked for it by coming here multiple times, but as a victim of this truly evil branch, I must enlighten the masses. PLEASE, for your health and general experience, go to the one in Franklin Farm or Chantilly Crossings, or literally ANY OTHER CHIPOTLE IN THIS AREA.
