Cindy, the store associate that helped us stuff my daughter's teddy bear, was very kind. I would have given the store five stars but Kris, I think that was her name, kinda ruined the experience for me. I almost didn't want to buy the bear but I knew my daughter really wanted one. She initially had a bad attitude because I wasn't standing in line where the sound recording was done. Why would I be standing in line there if I didn't need to add any sound to my daughter's bear? Instead I let the family behind me use the computer and stood off to the side to wait for our turn to get my daughter's bear stuffed. That just makes a lot more sense. It really seemed like she was just taking out some frustration on me as there was this sudden flood of customers just before closing.
