Only reason why I leave one star is because it won’t be posted without me rating it…..
Before going to this location I made sure to check the hours posted online. Online it does state that the opening hour for this store is 10AM the same time the mall opens. When getting to this location it was passed 10 AM, it was around 10:18 AM and store was still not open, we did notice a female in the location at the time so we took the time to question why it was not open she stated that her coworker was running kinda late so they won’t be able to open she asked to come back. We understood and walked to shop at other stores in the mall. We kept circling around since the only reason we actually went to the mall was to go specifically for that store. So minutes later we did go back and spoke to the same female associate where she does approach us again . So we began to mention how online it does show that the store should be open at 10AM and it doesn’t mention that hours will be modified due to staffing. After that the lady seemed annoyed so she began to help us through the gate which I find really disrespectful. I’m sorry about your staffing issue but not a legitimate reason to be treated like a animal and being attended through a gate. And even then I feel like she should had at least helped us through the gate the first time we checked inn with her rather then making me waste my time and circle around for so long if she could had help through the gate...
Read moreSo I was in there the other day and it was a little busy. I was walking around the store until then this older lady with died black hair approached me and asked if she could help. I had just gotten off work so I was dressed pretty nicely and I had on my watch and a necklace so I'm sure I looked like a good buyer. But I wasn't there to buy, I was there to make a payment on a layaway that I have there. And the second I told her that her friendly voice went away and said 'Oh, well someone will help you in just a minute'.
I was a little floored. I just felt like I didn't matter and the fact that I had already made the decision to buy was where her customer service ran out. I'm pretty sure she was the manager, Christie or Kristie I don't know. It was just very upsetting. I remember the not that long ago I used to get excellent customer service from the old Managers Carrie and Monique and this other lovely girl who was always super helpful. It just seemed like I was no longer important and a bother because I wasn't there to buy, only to make a payment on my layaway. So that was fun. I had to wait for Richie to come around where he apologized for her offering up some mumbo jumbo excuse. But I could tell I just wasn't a priority...

I went to Kay with approved Progressive Leasing in hand ready to find something. I go to this store and was greeted with a less than enthused associate who didn’t provide any kind of welcoming customer service. No conversation or attempt to sell. Just to get out of this uncomfortable atmosphere, I almost settled for a pair of diamond earrings that I pointed out (for which after prompted, she did offer the facts of size and price and whether or not a discount was possible) but saw there were 3 pair of solid gold studs for sale at $40 a pair. She took them out the showcase and threw in a bag without a gift box. Again, there was no conversation so she didn’t know if what I was shopping for were for me or a gift for someone else. My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and I was going to ask for my ring to be cleaned while I was there, but the aura she was giving off discouraged me from wanting to ask.
