First time in this store and already got profiled by a tall male worker. Me and my group first walked in and were impressed by the products, then we saw “those” products and had to have a laugh. Was about to move on and continue browsing until he came up after profiling us and sternly told us to “be cool”. Alright, we were chill about that. We probably got too loud for a second, that was our bad. But the hypocrisy was ironic. Right after that, he walked up to his coworker and was talking about us behind the aisle IN FRONT OF US. Bro, we can hear you calling us “these __ kids” even though we were all adults, just younger looking. The store is widely known for its explicit items, people are going to laugh and move on, you should know that as a worker. I had such a great experience at Spencer’s thanks to Sydney and Alexis! I was shopping for a very specific item for my friend’s bachelorette party and couldn’t find it anywhere in the store. Instead of brushing it off or telling me to check another location, both ladies went out of their way to help. They double-checked the inventory and even brought out the ladder to reach the very top shelf—turns out the item was in stock after all! Came in the other day with mask on, and I took a quick second to take a sip of my coffee, just as when I putting my mask back on, this tall long hair dude came over, telling me "sir you can't take out your mask and drink in here", with a very hostile attitude, he came over like German on Poland, as if he been watching my every move, hostile employee every time I set foot to spenders store, this employee just took to the next level, anyway I will never return...
