Windsor — Local services in Cerritos

Horrible!!! On Sunday we went shopping for my step daughter's prom dress and she decided to go into Windsor, they have a lot of nice dresses but the problem was the employees in particular one, first it took us like an hour just to get a fitting room and then wouldn't allow her to take more than 6 dresses into the fitting room, aside from that they only had 4 small dressing rooms for the customers, knowing they had a long line of people waiting to try on dresses they wouldn't open the other dressing rooms. They were just unorganized and the place is small and it was so full that you couldn't even walk.. The older lady was in a bad mood the whole time we were there. After a long long time in Windsor my stepdaughter got a dress "finally" but believe me I will never go...

I was here Thursday, July 11th. The employees actively discriminated against me when trying on clothes. There was a line waiting for the dressing rooms just because I was there even though the rest of the rooms were empty. The store is also a huge disorganized mess with almost no room to walk with how poorly the stands are placed and messy clothes on them. Also, the extra dressing rooms up front with the purple curtains are full of boxes and blocked off by a disorganized clothing rack. Even if they aren't being judgemental garbage, space to try on clothes is very limited because they use the extra ones for storage.

Save your money, I will too right after I return these clothes. They don't deserve...

Well, I was having a great time at the mall with my mom and sister. then I said lets go in Windsor, so we did I was looking for dresses. then I went to try them on (there were 5 dresses). the lady there said do you want to try them on I said yes she said ok in here. then when I was going in someone told her to tell me to hurry because they were closing and she did I was upset and I didn't want to be there anymore so I left (it was only 4 o'clock) I walk by there 2 hours later and they are open I was like really I told all my friends not to go there. what kind of store tells there customers to hurry up and expect them to buy something there. I am not going there anymore I will go to that mall but not that store until feel that I am over...
