What a difference! I recently stopped in Off Main Antiques and it’s clear that Heather, the new owner, is doing something truly special here. The shop feels completely transformed—bright, clean, thoughtfully arranged. Filled with a beautifully curated mix of antiques, art, jewelry and vintage treasures. It’s clear that each item has been handpicked with care and the whole space feels welcoming.

But what really made the experience stand out was Heather herself. She’s not only knowledgeable and passionate about antiques, but she also took the time to chat with us and genuinely engage. We mentioned we were looking for paintings, and not only did she show us some lovely pieces in the shop, she went above and beyond—recommending a nearby art gallery and even a new local restaurant she thought we’d enjoy. That kind of thoughtful, community-minded attitude is rare and so refreshing.

Heather clearly takes pride not just in her shop, but in the whole neighborhood. She’s actively supporting other small businesses and creating a space that feels rooted in connection. You can feel the difference, and it’s impressive.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My kids and I were shopping in Chagrin Falls today. They were excited to check out an antique shop. I stepped out to go into another shop. The owner or an employee basically kicked them out of the store. (One grabbed an item out of my child’s hand) My two oldest carry money on them and I personally would’ve been more than happy to patronize a local store if one of them wanted something. Absolutely disgusted with this place, but also happy that my kids learned a lesson about how mean people in this world can be. Visiting from SoCal, we were greeted by Heather at Off Main Antiques.She is Amazing! She was Friendly,Helpful and even suggested some nice places for us to visit "which we loved" near Chagrin falls.Please do not follow the older reviews of this store as it is now under New Professional Managment.. not to forget ,we found a few nice keepsakes to take home with.Definitely coming back...
