Univest Bank and Trust Co. — Local services in Chalfont

Went to ATM to withdraw money the machine said "Insufficient funds" when there was plenty to cover the transaction. I checked my balance and it was fine. 15 minutes later that ATM machine took -$123.00 out of my account. I went to the branch to explain what happened and looking for help. I was greeted by the rudest set of women you'll encounter at a professional establishment. The women said "Take it up with your own bank" and "This happens all the time". Okay then why not fix the machine??? Avoid this bank and group of unhappy people...

Not that anyone probably reads these, but it must be nice to never have to work until your businesses closing time. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve come to any Univest bank 30min to an hour before closing time and the doors were already locked. I made it to the bank and back home today before 1pm and wasn’t able to do what I needed to because they already had the doors locked. Very disappointed, definitely going to start looking...
