They lie to make it someone else’s fault. They do not communicate with you on meds that keep you alive. Useless.
I cannot reply to their reply so I edited it to do this. Last week I was told it was ordered I’d get it the next day. I came a week later and was told it’ll be ready the next day. I came back the next day and was told they cannot get it and was told it hasn’t come in yet. She left came back and said it’ll be here the next day. I call the next day after receiving a message from you stating you are unable to get it and to call and talk to some one who explained no it’ll be here later. I said okay. I recieved a phone call from some one who tried to explain to me that the doctor put the script in wrong and that’s why they couldn’t get it. I stopped them and told them that is a lie. It’s the same script that I’ve been using for a year or so. Same Insulin for two years. It was not wrong I called the doctors and confirmed. That’s when I decided I’m done and asked you to send the script back to cvs where it came from. It was sent to you a. Month ago because cvs couldn’t get any. I understand it can be difficult. What I don’t understand is the lying. You lied in your response. I was not in the store. I did not storm off. I was in the drive through window when I was told it’ll be ready the next day. Again it was over the phone that I was lied too. I was not at the store. No one attempted to reach out to communicate anything at all.
Again you lied. That’s twice for the same incident. If you’re gonna try to respond get your facts straight and stop lying. Or get employees who don’t lie and make excuses. Insulin keeps me alive I cannot live without it. Your communication is despicable why I stopped going there the other year.

My wife and I was supposed to get our breast pump from them but for what ever reason they couldn’t access us a breast pump for my wife and never called to tell us. Later my wife and I got prescription sent there for cream for her. When we went to pick it up I asked them for it, they said it wasn’t ready yet but will be ready in 15 minutes and asked us if we could wait. So we did. My wife and I sat in the car with our newborn daughter waiting and when we waited 15 minutes, we went back in and asked for our prescription. We talked to a different employee this time and they looked as us as if we are dumb for waiting and said very rudely that they don’t even have the product to make the cream in stock and to come back in a few days. Why did they tell us to wait in the car for 15 minutes if they didn’t even have the product to make our prescription in the store?!    Read moreIf you have anything that involves insurance other then normal perscriptions example cpap or workers comp go else where. The lady that handles it does not know what she is doing. She has screwed up numerous claims of mine. Stopped going there for cpap supplies bc it took over a year to get every thing straightened out and still was a mess to get my supplies when needed. This last time I just had two perscriptions for a workers comp claim and sat there for over an hour and she still didn’t have it right. She has an attitude any time when trying to deal with her and wont addmit when its her fault things are wrong. I’ve had to have my insurance companys call her directly to get things straight and thats even if you can ever get ahold of her.
