My wife and i live in a one level 1600sq/ft home . We have gradually replaced the carpet with tile for ease of maintenance. Unfortunately we can no longer get the tile and had two rooms remaining. I stopped at this store on a whim and was greeted by a very professional sales representative named Makenzie. I showed her a sample i had viewed in the store and explained our need. Makenzie took it from there, she explained the installation process and possible dates. There was no pressure to upsell to a more expensive product and all of my questions were answered. We set up the purchase and Makenzie reached out to the installer. When a couple of days had passed and I didn't hear from anyone, I reached out to Makenzie then I received a call from the installer that same day. The job was scheduled for yesterday. The installer arrived at the appointed time and did a fabulous job with the install. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs...

I had such a great experience at Floor Trader! Replacing flooring can be scary (and expensive), and Floor Trader checked off all my boxes. When I initially sent in an inquiry, Mckenzie got back to me within 24 hours to talk through the project in more detail over the phone. She was SO patient with me as I asked for details and quotes on several different LVP options.
