I have been along with my boyfriend multiple times when he has come to pick up. He keeps giving this place chances to not be a joke but they keep on proving that they are. TWO different times they gave his drivers license as well has his medical card to the wrong person. The first time, they told us we could go home and come back when the person returned it. Iām sorry but what person would leave without any photo ID with medical marijuana in their vehicle and to drive 45 minutes home. MULTIPLE times has been given the wrong product. Today was the final straw I believe. I was checking to be sure his product was correct in the bag before pulling out and realized that the ākind treeā brand he had ordered was labeled as ileraās prism. According to whomever the security guard sent over to correct the issue itās because kind tree is now ilera which is fine but ffs, let people know on your handy dandy little website. AFTER we finally gave up on that argument we left and I looked at the dry leaf he had ordered. According to their website the THC is 23.2% but according to the packaging it is a whopping 17.76%. One excuse we were given was that when adding the thc levels on the website they include the terpenes as well... so, I added up the thc as well as all of the terpenes and it still only comes in at 19.22%... this place is a rip off and I feel bad for anyone who continues to...

Update: curbside has gotten a decent amount better. Your best bet is to get curbside though..it might be slow...but it's even worse going inside. Over heard multiple employees loudly complaining about patients not ordering online. While patients who didn't order online now feel uncomfortable getting their meds. It's your job. You get paid to pick the meds, online order or not. If you don't like your job...leave..and let someone else who actually wants to do it with a smile have the job. Like I said...it's your job. Take the orders and stop complaining..at least you don't work at McDonald's? I'll go up a star since the curbside has gotten better...but not so much the attitude.
RUDE curbside pickup guy. Old guy with tattoos, grey hair, dresses like he could be homeless. Awful service. If you cant be friendly...pick a job that you're not around other humans. Never once was I required to fill out a form with my medical history and the doctors name who prescribed my medical marijuana. Due to going to dispensaries for literal years and never needing to fill out forms, I went 10 min to close thinking I would be in and out since I had placed an online order. One staff member told me to āhurry upā and ādonāt come to a place 5 min before closing if you have paperwork to doā when I was filling out my packet. A packet with information that they should have through their state portal. After being rudely addressed by who I believe was a manager I will NEVER go back here. RISE and Herbology have never given me such horrible treatment so I will continue to go there. I have been to probably 20 dispensaries across the country within the last 2 years and was never treated this way, especially when I was spending over $100. Wouldnāt recommend this...
