Twin Dragon — Restaurant in Chambersburg

Never had issues with them until tonight. We ordered a big order like almost $90 worth and we ordered three general tos chickens a couple chicken and broccoli. And an orange chicken they put all General tos in the bag .we called back and told the lady and she argued and said she put it in the bag when it was not in the bag she gladly made our chicken and broccoli combo, but still refused to put the orange chicken in the bag. I will never order from them again not over a little mistake, but over the fact she actually thought we was ripping them off. After she saw her mistake and clearly that wasn’t the case make sure you guys check your order before the guy even leaves the doorstep that way you get your correct food I had to make my daughter something else because she really wanted that and she refused to take any of our food I think that’s seriously sad if you’re running a business you need to make sure everything is correct and if a customer comes to you and clearly says you can look in the bag. The customer is not trying to rip you off that’s how you get bad.bissness not of mistakes But over being RUDE

(I can’t figure out how to comment back so I’ll do it this way no I didn’t get the Orange chicken I ordered 4 chicken and broccoli 3 General tos chicken 1 Singapore noodles 1 crab Rangoon and you had seven general tos chicken in there no chicken and broccoli when we called you, you gladly brought back the chicken and Broccoli with no hesitation I handed the guy all of the General tos back and there was no Orange chicken we called back and you argued with him and said you put it in there when you didn’t so don’t you tell me about being honest I would never sabotage anybody over orange chicken if it was in the bag I didn’t tell people not to order from you I said I am not ordering from you again and I told people to check their bag before the delivery guy leaves that way the delivery guy can clearly see if there’s a mistake and you won’t be calling anyone a liar then (and...

Update: I decided to give this place another chance last month and was thrilled to find out there food is back to what it once was. I always order there sesame chicken combo and it was amazing. The rice and broccoli was cooked to perfection and there chicken had the just the right amount of sauce. The best part are the portions they give you. After I've eaten the egg roll that comes with the combo and half the chicken and rice I'm fully satisfied and get to have leftovers for a snack or even another meal (ps. I'm a big guy think 6'3" 280+). I've been there 3 times since then and haven't been disappointed yet. So for a bit over $8 I'm going to give Twin Dragon 5 stars. Let's hope things stay this way forever!

My old 2 star review and feelings from 2 years ago: It went from the best home made food to fake American Chinese out of a bag. The store changed owners a while back and the food and service has never been the same. I used to go a few times a week for lunch but now only go a few times a year in the hopes that they start cooking the way they used to....

After reading many good reviews I decided to make this my dinner. I ordered a good sampling of everything. Delivery was prompt (40-45 min), the food smelled good. Unfortunately it was very lackluster. The pad Thai had zero taste minus the extremely burnt peanuts on top. The sweet and sour chicken's breading was quite dark and almost burnt tasting. The shrimp chow mein which is supposed to have noodles in it didn't have a single noodle. It was just lettuce and cabbage and I'm assuming bok choy mixed with some shrimp and sauce. The wonton soup was sub par with some kind of spiced beef inside that saved them from being a complete waste.

I can say however the crab and cheese dumplings appetizer was delicious. Just unfortunate that it was the only part of my order I enjoyed :(
