I would totally Give this place zero stars due to the fact that yesterday night I went for a quick run to the store for some diapers but Ive forgotten my wallet . So then I remembered that I had Apple Pay Cash . And I had four bucks in my car so then the total amount was about $12 and some change so I gave the lady four dollars cash and I told her that I would pay the rest in Apple Pay. She then rolled her eyes . I ignored . She saw me in my painters clothes which is my side job to pay for tuition because im a full time student at GGC . She then got to her register and started questioning me asking why I didnāt have enough cash money to pay for my item I went ahead and stated That I would be paying four dollars cash and the rest an Apple Pay once again after the second time of her asking She was really impatient and was really rude I donāt see why it should matter if I pay her Apple Pay or cash as long as Iām paying for the item. She then asked me if I work for my money and why would i have kids if i couldnt afford them I felt that really offensive. I called CVS a few minutes ago to File a complaint and she picked up and then she nervously asked to whom i was going to file a complaint for . I told her that it was between the mananger and myself . She then escalted to asking if the complaint was for the clinic of for the ones working on the store ( fyi she was the only one working in the store last night due to it being late and the clinic was already closed ) so then she took my numberand name down and now im patiently waiting for a call back or i will just show up friday night at 11pm talk to the mananger my self . Apparently thats the only time he comes in because the worker at cvs told me on the phone . SO MY LAST WORDS ARE JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY SHES A INDIAN LADY THAT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a physician and I often write prescriptions and send my patients to CVS to fill them, however my recent experience at store 4504 gives me pause. I needed to fill an antibiotic script for myself (A NON CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE). I rushed to the pharmacy after a 12 hour shift to get to the pharmacy before it closed. The pharmacist Tommy Y. (he refused to give me his last name when I said I wanted to file a complaint, but of course the full name is on the door as you enter CVS) refused to fill the script because he said I was NOT allowed to fill my own antibiotic. I asked him to please verify because I know GA state guidelines fairly well and according to Georgia Medical Board Rule 360-03-.02, we are not to write for controlled substances (category I meds), but he said well, I don't think you should be able to write antibiotics for yourself. Mind you, my colleague had tried to call several times, but kept getting disconnected, as did I when trying to use the automated service, or talk to someone. These antibiotics were important for me to begin immediately, and being a physician I understand how overworked the ER docs are alredy and was not going to stress an already stressed ER system just to get antibiotics, so I went elsewhere. He truly needs to be educated on the rules because he is clearly ignorant to GA state rules, which then begs the question, what else is he ignorant to. This seems very unsafe. I am going to be sure to share my experience with ALL...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location lied to my FiancĆ© about a free Covid test and visit at the minute clinic. We were trying to get a simple appointment for antibiotics to stave off a bout of Covid. Lauren, the nurse practitioner, claimed that they were running a program that would let her administer a free covid test followed by a free exam if we didnāt have insurance. We explicitly stated that we did not have insurance and that everything would be out of pocket. We couldnāt afford a large bill. Lauren assured us that this program was free and available to us. This program expired nearly ten months prior to our visit and now CVS has pulled $300 from our bank account for their error. Weāve spent the last two days trying to remedy the situation and today specifically were lied to by the store manager Ray about our ability to contact Lauren to figure out what to do. He lied to me on the phone about Lauren being in the store to help us and when my fiancĆ© called he told her that she was out of the office. We were on speaker phone and when I asked Ray which was true he backpedaled and claimed he didnāt know who was working at the store at any given moment and mistook the nurse practitioner on duty for Lauren. Iām tired of being lied to and need to have this matter resolved. 1/5 stars, would not recommend this CVS for anything other...
