Isaac's Sandlot — Local services in Chamblee

Took my 3yo here on a Sunday afternoon. She very much enjoyed it, especially the kinetic sandbox they have on the side. Even with seven other kids around, it did not feel crowded. As the parent, I appreciated that they did not have music on, unlike most indoor play places. They also have large air filters running on the ceilings the entire time, and the bathrooms and cleaning stations are well kept.

My only critique of this place: there is hair in the sand. I am not sure if or how they clean the sand, but as we were scooping the sand, we kept finding human hair. While it is to be expected with people cycling in and out, I do hope they find a way to keep more hair out of the sand. It just...

I bought an introductory membership for a month, which was very affordable. I wish that was the regular price, That being said , my 16 month old grandson LOVES this place. It completely calms him so I love bringing him. It’s very clean and quieter than I expected. They have different kinds of sand and a birthday room, snacks for sale and super soft sand. It’s the perfect place to hang with my grandson. Out of the heat The only reason I kept a star are the hours. It closes at six. As a working mother it would be impossible to get here after work with traffic. They also have the right person working here. Heather is PERFECT for this place . We stopped by because we were curious as to what the new business was in our community and what a surprise. The room is mostly a giant sandbox with wonderful toys, colorfully painted walls, super clean environment and a wonderful area for parents or caregivers to sit and watch their children play. Its a giant sandbox with plenty of toys and room for lots of children. There's even a standing kinetic sand sandbox in one of the side rooms. What a perfect alternative to being out in the hot sun or this winter when it's too cold or rainy days. Or to even have a birthday party.
