Update: I spoke to Heather about the phone etiquette issue and she was very apologetic. The jewelry even came in a few days after my initial review and my wife loves it. Heather gave us a coupon to a local restaurant as an apology for the various inconveniences, so we are back to being, overall, very happy with the service we received.
I'm having difficulty with a purchase I made here. In December, 2014, I bought a necklace and earring set. The jewelry has a lifetime warranty and I've had to take the necklace back twice because of problems with it tarnishing. Heather has been somewhat helpful with the warranty repairs, but we decided to replace the set after another problem with the necklace tarnishing. Since then, it's been one delay after another. I have left unanswered messages, I've had other employees give me incorrect information about possible replacement items, and today, "Josh" hung up on me once, then ended a second call without the courtesy of even saying "Goodbye."
Perhaps my experience would be different if I had originally spent a couple thousand dollars, but I shouldn't have to spend thousands to expect basic customer service or...
Read moreI have been a customer of Christopher's for over 30 years and I have always had wonderful service until Ladies Night Out. The owner Christopher was very rude to me. Of course I was shocked and surprised. Me and my sister in law were sitting at a table have a great time when he came up to our table and asked if we had started our list because some people come to the ladies night out just for the drinks and appetizers. Insinuating that we were their for the 2 free drinks and appetizers. Woopie! Tipped your staff more than the cost of drinks and food we had. Anyway I was appalled. I have spent a substantial amount of money in his store since I was 19 years old. I know the turn out for his customers wasn't as big as years past but that could be due to the change in days. He went from hosting this event on Saturday's to a Sunday. So maybe he was stressed from that. I really can't say but I know he'll read this so I'm giving him a second chance and hopefully he'll think before he talks like that to a valuable customer of 30 plus years or...

Christopher's was far and away the best in terms of customer service, quality and price sensitivity. While other stores tried to push overpriced generic designs, the staff here went to a lot of effort to understand what we were looking for and make the experience fun. I love my diamond and saphire wedding set. What really made them stand out for me was they made my fiance feel comfortable enough to ask for a wedding ring completely unique to his personality... something I know will make him beam everytime he looks at it or someone asks about it... VERY hard to do for...
