Boba Tea House stands as an undisputed gem in the valley, offering an unparalleled boba tea experience that captivates the senses. Each visit is a delightful journey, where exceptional service meets mouthwatering flavors. A standout dish that simply cannot be overlooked is the calamari, priced at just $5.95. The quality and generous portion of this freshly prepared calamari are astonishing, elevating the dining experience to new heights.

Residing in East Mesa, my family and I embark on our weekly pilgrimage to this beloved establishment, eager to savor some of the valley’s finest boba tea. My personal favorite is the aromatic jasmine milk tea, a soothing blend that envelops the palate with each sip. Meanwhile, my mother has pledged her loyalty to the creamy coconut smoothie with boba, creating a delightful contrast to my choice.

These visits have transformed into cherished weekly dates, where the staff go above and beyond to recall our preferred menu items—an aspect that warms our hearts. One of my favorite baristas, James, consistently greets us with a friendly smile, embodying the vibrant essence of the Asian culture that flourishes within this charming shopping center. Our experiences at Boba Tea House are not just about the delicious beverages; they are a celebration of community, connection, and...

As Beyoncé asks/sings, "Who run the world? Girls!"

Did you know that in America, women were not only ideal tea room consumers, nearly all tea rooms were owned by women? Yasss, queen!

Boba Tea House was once THE SPOT for all boba tea lovers. Hey, it was the early 2000s and we didn't get the bubble tea boom yet that has taken over the past few years. Boba Tea House came in and brought us some joy after Eba (the OG boba spot) left us.

I only ever get one thing here: Lavender milk tea with egg pudding. It's always solid but the past couple of times, I've ventured out and tried the brulee coffee and their ube coffee. Their coffee is solid as well. Get a little snack of popcorn chicken and you won't be disappointed.

While still a great spot that's an absolute treat after grocery shopping at Lee Lee's or getting dim sum at Phoenix Palace in the same plaza, I must confess that there are other boba spots in time I'd rather go to. Nonetheless, I still have much love for one of our oldest bubble tea...

Update: I have went in once and ordered delivery since my last review and drinks were great and although boba seems to have a higher add on cost, the boba amount was very generous (or maybe they changed it to where it comes with boba already so I paid for extra boba on accident). Will continue to purchase from here

Original 4 star review: I used to come here a lot after getting dim sum. Drinks were a good price and boba consistent. I stopped coming here for a few years and I was excited to come back but the drinks were no longer as good, boba was overcooked, flavor in drinks seemed a little lacking. Maybe they had change in workers or management, but at least...

Boba Tea House is located in the Lee Lee market shopping center, on the northeast corner of Warner and Dobson Roads. It is very clean inside with tables for customers to enjoy their drinks. Boba teas and fruit poppers are the real draw here, but they also have a few fried appetizers on their menu. The employees were very friendly and quick. April 2022- We tried ordering online for the first time. You can choose to have it made right away or for a later time. We chose ASAP and our drinks were just being finished when we arrived. Very happy with this option. It was nice to be at home and have the menu available to make your decision, especially with so many options.
