I found Christopher Diamonds on Google after seeing their high ratings and decided to bring in a ring to resize for my son’s upcoming proposal. My mother-in-law had prepared diamond rings for her grandsons for the future, and now the time had come for one of my sons to use his. I first called the store to get a rough estimate and spoke with Danielle, who was so friendly and accommodating. I promised to stop by, and when I came in the next day, she immediately remembered who I was from our call— nice touch!

I showed her the ring, and after examining it she quoted me a price and gave me a two-week timeline. Everyone in the store was warm and welcoming. The very next day, I received a text from Chris letting me know my jewelry was in their repair department and would be taken care of. I loved receiving updates every step of the way! Just two days later, Danielle texted me to say the ring was already ready for pickup—only three days total from drop-off to finish! Although she had told me they usually complete work earlier than quoted, I was still so pleasantly surprised.

When I picked up the ring, the craftsmanship was very good. I noticed one small area that needed a bit more polishing, and Danielle immediately took it to the repair room without hesitation where it was fixed while I waited. During that time, I had the pleasure of meeting Derek Molina (of Molina Fine Jewelers in Phoenix) the General Manager, who turned out to be a 12th-generation jeweler in his family! What an unexpected surprise in Arizona. Derek was gracious, knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to talk with.

Danielle is truly a treasure—kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. Chris and the entire team deliver service on par with the Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton—they anticipate needs, keep you updated, and make you feel valued every step of the way. Where to begin: The service here exceeded my expectations in every way. For me, walking into a business that sells luxury items can feel intimidating. I personally refuse to shop anywhere that makes you feel judged based on your appearance or where you’re not even greeted. You WON’T get that experience here.

He makes the entire process comfortable, informative, and enjoyable, and he treats you like family. That’s why I’ve been coming here for over a year now. I simply won’t go anywhere else.

Chris is exceptionally fair when it comes to pricing, and the jewelry speaks for itself. The quality of the materials, the precision of the craftsmanship, and the timeless designs that Chris and Derek have created for me make every piece truly exceptional.

I wanted to edit this review from my previous experience with Christopher on Oct. 25th 2022. My wife dropped off a necklace for repair a week ago. Christopher had this repair done so quickly. My wife and family had a recent loss in our family (who was a valued customer of C&M diamonds). I picked up her necklace and Christopher was so amazingly kind (as he always is) and told me that if I needed anything, emotional support and just to talk, he is there for me. He's such a great man with a caring heart! Again, I can't say enough good things about Christopher and Miranda Diamonds and their staff.
