Where to begin? Well I just had my worst dine out experience in my entire life. Bravo panda. So here it goes... upon arrival we decided to go through the drive thru there was about 5 cars in front of me. I arrived at 8:07 closing time is 9:30. I waited 25-30 minutes for 5 cars to order! Then already irritated because I have hungry kids in the back seat, I get to the order box and ask for white rice and teriyaki chicken. To which she replies, we are out of both and will not be remaking any more white rice or teriyaki chicken tonight. I then ask her for fried rice to which she replies we are out of that too and it'll take 10 minutes which is fine, I've already waited 30-35 minutes at this point. Then I ask a few more things which they are out of and she says 10 minutes. Fine and dandy. When I get to the register I pay and she asks me to pull around, I say why can't I wait here because the 10 minutes should be about over? She then goes and get her manager who decides it's ok to yell at me and be super rude saying that I need to move my car because there are people behind me. (Whom they are having an average of 5-10 minutes to take their order) I figured there would be plenty enough time. But when the manager started verbally harassing me, I didn't feel comfortable with them preparing my food. I then asked her for a refund. She literally gives me a receipt that I needed to sign stating that I did not want to wait 15 minutes for my food. At this point when I had asked for my food the 10 minutes were way long and gone, she could have just handed me my food instead of harassing me. But instead she LIES on the receipt saying she asked me to wait 15 minutes and I did not want to wait. When I told her that I was not signing that receipt she told me that she was going to NOT GIVE ME MY DEBIT CARD BACK AND DOUBLE CHARGE ME UNLESS I SIGNED THE RECEIPT!!!!! which is theft, and illegal on so many levels. So I eventually signed her stupid inaccurate receipt so I could get my debit card and go home after being in the line for over an hour and not getting any food. Meanwhile when I leave my son tells me that she was writing down my credit card number. So on top of it all I'm going to have to cancel my card. I have never in my life been assaulted in such a way. Read moreIf this place wasn't directly on my way home from work I would never eat here. This is the worst panda express I have ever eaten at. Unfortunately because the location is so convenient I have eaten here many times over the last three years. The food is NEVER consistent; sometimes the orange chicken is spicy, sometimes its not. Sometimes the fried rice is undercooked, sometimes it's overcooked. For the last few months they have also been clearly skimping out on how much food they put in your to go order. For several months they were severely understaffed and the drive through was a minimum of a 30-40 minute wait and instead of having people from other stores fill in they just shut down the drive through. Often times you drive in and the lights are all off but they are open and taking orders. I've never felt like leaving a review about it before but today was the final straw. I arrived at 9:15pm and they said that since the lobby was closing in 15 minutes they would not be making more food, even though the drive through is open until 10pm and I have seen other stores make sure they have the staples (such as orange chicken and fried rice) still available and will make more before 930. This is an incredibly busy store, that makes no sense! Don't come here unless time is not an issue and you can go somewhere else if needed, or if you're ok being surprised by what quality of food you'll get today. Read moreI just moved down the street and I was so excited that there was a drive thru Panda near me. I pulled up and thought it was closed because most of the drive thru lights were off but there was a car in line so I drove through and waited at the speaker box. They were open and the lady told me to wait. Came back maybe 5 minutes later and took part of my order then told me to wait again. Another 10 minutes later she tries to start a new order thinking I was a different customer. Finally placed my order. waited in line for about 20 more minutes. Got my food, pulled out of the drive through (because of the line behind me) and checked the bag and part of the order was missing so I went into the restaurant to see all the employees just chatting while there are still 3 cars in line at the drive through. Got the missing part of my order. When I brought the food home, the servings were significantly less than normal. None of the boxes were filled and the plates were a little more than half of the norm. Maybe theyre trying to “save” here and there with electricity and food is my only assumption for why this Panda is this way. What a disaster. So much for drive throughs being convenient.
