We just finished a complete remodel on our forever home and were very excited to purchase our first new quality couches. We were told creative leather was some of the best so we forked over the cash for "quality" leather couches. The first issue came when the couches were done but they didn't make the back pillows the right size. We agreed to have the couch delivered as is with new pillows being made within 2 weeks. It took a total of 5 weeks to get all the new back cushions. They didn't make enough the first time so it took 2 attempts to get them all. We had the couches delivered in April. We are now getting all these cracks in the leather. It is happening mostly in the arm rests and some in parts of the couch we don't even use. I have contacted Creative Leather now 3 times over the last 10 days with no little response besides 1 time someone will get back to me. I asked if the leather could have a defect in it and for further care instructions so it doesn't continue to happen. They haven't even got back to me with care instructions. We purchased the Monterey sectional 7 years ago from the old Ray Rd location. It is a beautiful sofa that receives many compliments. Recently, the cushions have become less than comfortable. I phoned the factory showroom & was told it could be one of two things, either the inserts or the foam. I brought in a cushion and Jim, in customer service was most helpful, explaining that it would be best to replace the inserts as the foam was good. Jim placed the order for the inserts explaining it would take approximately one week to arrive. The cost to replace all inserts was VERY reasonable.
