Pulled up in the first lane, no one was there to take our order. Waited for a little bit; still no one. Figured we'd pull up to the window since it didn't appear busy and no one was on stand-by. Female in a pink shirt with silver cross on her necklace(who's supposed to be taking orders) is busy jack-jawing with the person/s in the vic in front of us at the drive-thru window. Doesn't even turn to acknowledge we're waiting. Proceeds to start feeding, what appears to be a pup-cup, to something in the backseat. Three minutes later, there's about four vics piled up behind us in the drive-thru with not even an order taken or acknowledgment. Vic in front finally rolls out and our 'friend' in the pink shirt with the tablet finally acknowledged our existence. Not very friendly, no smile, quite short on personality...not a very kind person. Usually wouldn't go out of my way to leave a nasty gram like this for a review, but if you're gonna take my money, make sure to include something decent on the service side of things. Doesn't have to be perfect, just fair at the bare-minimum.

I just donāt understand if itās because they have high school students working there or a bunch of 20-year-old. Iām not sure exactly what it is, but Number their customer service is seriously lacking and when I say seriously, I mean to the point where I had to call Dutch Bros corporate to get the employees to follow their own policy. Number two if youāre having problems with the app or you have some type of points or something in the app glitches, they will not honor it. It doesnāt matter if they can actively see it in your app ready to use, they will not honor it, which doesnāt make sense to me because itās still Dutch Bros and itās not my fault that the app is glitching. One of the employees brought our frozen drink to us right away as well as the car in front of us. The fist car spent just a couple minutes talking and picking up their drinks. The second car which was the car in front of us who already had their drinks stopped at the window and was basically visiting with the female employee. We sat behind this car for approximately 10 minutes. They never got an additional drink, straw or anything. The employee and them just sat there talking as if they were visiting and no other customers were behind them. I understand that part of their job is to chit chat but holding long conversations is not acceptable. I will never return to this Dutch Bros or any other since they all have same owner. CBYL is down the street as well as Starbucks and Black Rock. No need to go...
