I was assigned by my employer to find "upmarket BBQ and great brisket" for a racing fellowship dinner. As I am not from the area, it was challenging to find the right person for the job. After speaking with Rich, I realized I had found him. The food was served fresh off the smoker, and the brisket was carved on-site. Everyone praised it, which is significant because most of our race teams are from the South and they know BBQ.    Read moreSearch no more. UP N SMOKE is fantastic! We used Rich for our party/wedding of 75 guests. He travelled from the Phoenix area to Camp Verde to accommodate us. The prime rib was delicious (we added lobster which was cooked to perfection!). The coleslaw was like none other that we had ever had and the mac-n-cheese was a big hit. Rich and his team are professional and do an extremely nice presentation. Compliments from our guests regarding the food are still coming to us, over a month after the party. His communication was excellent and very fast to respond, Rich answered any questions and his opinions were spot on, he was on time clean efficient and the food was INCREDIBLE! 120 people and every single person said it was possibly the best BBQ they have ever had!
