Updated: Went back to this location approximately a month ago and SO many vendor stalls are empty. Definitely not what it was a year ago… There are SO many less options now. It felt like (easily) over half the store was vacant. Customer service is still blah. I wonder how long they can operate without as many vendors. There’s no reason that I’d go back, now.

Same experience as someone else here in the comments. LOVED everything I was seeing in this store and upon just glancing for a few minutes I was thinking of all the things I wanted to buy. The store is so cute and has so many unique things!

The music was cut and an employee (blonde/light brown hair I believe) flicked the lights off for a few seconds, purposely with the few shoppers still in there. I had just walked in- my fault for assuming they were open as late as their neighbors on a Friday. As she left the register area I asked her “are you closing now? I am so sorry, I didn’t know.” She just said “Yeah…” and walked right past me, towards the back of the store. I had an item in my hand that I wanted.

The other girl at the register (long, dark hair) was very sweet and friendly. But I am still surprised at how customers here are treated at the end of the day. Not a good first impression. Hey, I get it. EVERYONE has an end to their work day. But being polite about it shouldn’t be difficult, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel like a burden when they are simply supporting the business(es).

I am torn because they have such a great selection, but don’t appreciate being treated how I was by the first associate. Makes it hard to want to spend any...

I’m leaving this 3 star review as nothing against the local businesses. My family and I came here Sunday evening for a quick browse before closing. We arrived around 7:20. We knew they close at 8 and we’re just wanting to check out the place as it’s new! So immediately when we walk in we’re not even greeted we are welcomed in with a “Please know we close at 8pm.” Again, we were aware. We all just had dinner down the street and just wanted to walk it down really quick. My mom and I are browsing around when not even 10 minutes later the same lady walked up to my step dad and said “Just so you know we close at 8pm.” Mind you, she was also following us the entire time in the store. We also noticed she was not saying this to anyone else in the store nor did it seem like she was following anyone else. Not even 5 minutes after she says that to my stepdad she comes up to my mom and I again, after following us for a bit and says “We close tonight at 8pm.” My mom responded “We know. You made that very aware when we walked in.” At this point I’m fuming. I’m honestly very disappointed in my experience as I was excited to come back and purchase quite a bit. However, if this is how they treat customers I’d rather look elsewhere or just buy from the local business...

Ive loved shopping here. I just started a jewelry business & looked into this in San Antonio while there on a work trip, I called just to get some basic info & the lady was SO helpful gave me dimensions, pricing & etc. Obviously the costs are different every where, so I just called this location to get that SAME info & the lady told me that she couldn't help me with that.. Not even just the smallest booth SIZE. The customer service was very poor here, its just sad that she couldn't help a future vendor with some basic answers to start their business. I hope this employee has a better day & instead of being lazy, help a...
