I love Chick Fil a! The chicken is amazing. The new app makes ordering so much easier. It's a bit of a drive from my house so I like being able to order from my couch and have it fresh and ready by the time I get to the restaurant.
They use the GPS from your phone to track how close you are. This then allows the app to send the order once your close enough, and have it being made by the time you roll into the drive thru, or park in the pick up spot, or park and go inside to the pick up spot.
I'm not a fan of the new way they package the fries. But the new packaging did make it easier to eat them. It just stands up by itself so you have more placement options now. And the fries are the same delicious wake fries they've always had. So that's a win.
The shakes are delicious as well, and come in two sizes and about four regular flavors with a fifth or sixth seasonal one cropping up occasionally. The kids icedream cup is small so be aware. And the small is about the size I thought a kid's would be. But it's a good vanilla flavor and satisfies the ice cream craving just fine.
I don't eat their breakfast. I don't like hashbrowns for the most part, and I prefer my chicken nuggets without little bread jackets. I did try a scramble bowl once and that was actually really good. It was just missing fries.
Anyway, their bathrooms are clean and well stocked. They generally have a small play area but not always. The service is usually really good. They do refills on drinks.
They have salad options which are good, I take them to work on occasion so they travel well, and it's a well packed salad. They have options for dressings and you don't need to stick with the dressing originally paired with it. They have a wrap with grilled chicken for people who don't want fried chicken. The grilled chicken club is awesome. Totally worth trying.
They have other sides now. Baked beans, macaroni and cheese, side salad. There's others but fries...
Read more😃I stopped in for lunch on a weekday. They were very busy. The parking lot and the drive-thru lines were full of cars.🚗🚗🚗 📲They do have an app that you can use to order ahead if you are in a hurry. The restaurant is also in the front of part of a strip mall, so you can also park out in the bigger lot and walk a few feet if you don't want to deal with the traffic in their main parking lot. 😋They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. 🐔It is a very popular chicken restaurant. If you are wondering why they have cow decorations in the restaurant, it is because their advertisements sometimes feature cows trying to convince humans to eat chickens instead of beef.🐮🖤🤍😂 They serve breaded chicken and grilled chicken. You can order nuggets, strips, sandwiches, wraps, and salads. 🍲Some locations offer side options of chicken noodle soup or tortilla soup. Their other sides include waffle fries, fruit cups, mac and cheese, and waffle potato chips. 🍇🍓🍎🍊 Desserts available include milkshakes, soft-serve ice cream, the fruit cup, and chocolate chip cookies. 🍦🍪 We had a Cobb Salad 🥗 with their avocado dressing and a chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The chicken was tender. The waffle fries were good. They don't have an option of regular French fries. The salad greens were fresh and crispy. You can also choose the chicken option(breaded/grilled) you want on your salad. 🥤☕🧃Drinks available include sodas, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, water, and apple juice boxes with the kids' meal. 😃This location had plenty of employees to get your order out as quickly as possible. The staff was polite and friendly. They also had a team member out in the dining area helping to keep tables clean and checking to see if customers were doing alright with their meals. 👩🍳😃 💲Prices for an entree, side, and drink will probably cost between...
Read moreAs you know, there are numerous fast food choices along Chandler Boulevard between the 101 and Dobson Road. I decided to go to Chick-fil-A today at 11:30 for lunch. At the counter, Antonio spoke so rushed and unclear I had to ask him “What?” 2-3 times. I ordered the Market Salad to go, then he asked me if it was dine in or to go. No one listens any more. I repeated to go again. I got the lowest calorie dressing. The salad and ice tea cost $11.11. I came home to eat my salad and discovered “13” rust-colored romaine ribs in my Market Salad. It was disgusting to eat as one by one I kept pulling out poor quality pieces of romaine. I called and asked for the manager. Apparently he couldn’t be bothered. I was only allowed to speak to the girl at the counter. She was telling her “superior what his role was” I have no idea because she didn’t communicate it to me nor did this guy come to the phone to take responsibility for their lack of customer service or his job. He let this poor girl deal with me. Poor management. She assured me they washed the lettuce. The guy she spoke told her to tell me “that all of the lettuce has been coming in that way lately?!?” Do you believe he just admitted to that?!? What kind of management do they have at Chick-fil-A on Chandler Boulevard where they’re aware of RUST-COLORED ROMAINE LETTUCE AND THEY’RE CONTINUING TO SERVE IT TO ITS MULTITUDE OF CUSTOMERS ON A DAILY BASIS?!? OMG!!! WOW!!! Put that on Channel 5! The girl then asked me if I wanted my money back or a new salad. I asked her would I know a new salad wouldn’t have rusty-colored romaine. She said, “Oh, it wouldn’t.” I’ll take the refund. I’ll never eat at this Chick-fil-A nor will I ever recommend it and I know a...
