I bragged about this place to my husband, I came with my mom around Christmas time last year and let me tell you this was a completely different experience and unfortunately will never be returning! We waited by the door to be seated for 6 minutes no one acknowledged us at all the sushi chef glanced our way multiple times. We decided to seat ourselves. We finally were given menus no hellos at all. We ordered drinks and than waited 10 minutes before asking us to order. I asked a question if we they had baked lobster rolls and she ignored my question and than I said I'll just order the Fried roll than the server had an attitude and said ugh that will take 25 minutes. I proceeded to order something else. Our food came 20 minutes later and by this time my husband was done with his drink. Never not once did he get a refill. My rolls didn't come with eel sauce like it was supposed to and my husband ordered the lunch special teriyaki chicken but got charged $3 extra dollars ( they charged him for the regular size even though he got the lunch special). I wanted to order the deep fried ice cream When I asked for it she just said NO! I said i would like the green tea deep fried ice cream she than said the fryer doesnt work. Which makes no sense because we ordered some fried items. If i were a server and the fryer really wasnt working id still offer the ice cream which is an option on the menu but instead she didnt and just walked away. We didn't get a chance to double check the receipt because she was standing there with her hand out waiting for the payment card I wish we could have because that lunch special was over charged and we came at 12pm so it's lunch special time. All in all we will never be coming back here the Ragoon is amazing but the...

There is 2 star employees an older female waitress sometimes all little stressed and a young energetic Hispanic male. He is a superstar. I missed him my last 3 visits. We would go more often if the sushi staff and back staff where Frankly not watching soccer non stop on the floor behind the sushi bar our entire visit. Even when preparing your items they are always glued to the soccer games on the TV or the cell phone in front or back kitchen. There is never paper towels or toilet paper In the holders in the bathroom only on the back of the toilet and its dirty. For such an up and coming hip area of chandler we need a star sushi bar Kona grill atmosphere or cool atmosphere. The sushi is ok but they need better staff interaction and attention. When you look at every other option around none have sushi but awesome environments. they have such an opportunity but its being wasted. Also adding a few crazy items like angry edamame or Cheeto roll would blow us the customers away. Even having an option to change up or customize your roll would be cool. Number 1 being the only sushi place it would be sad to see it go away related to staff and cleanliness. I have been a customer since about 2009 and even i question myself on why still continue to go there. Someone needs to step in and help save this place or open another sushi bar in the...

We have eaten here a couple of times, but the last time we are here left a very bad impression on my whole family. All the servers and manager open looked different so I assume it must've been under new management.

So what happened was we ordered a few meals from the revolving Table, and a chicken pad Thai. The pad Thai didn't taste tight, it was extremely salty. So I let the server know, he responds I'm sorry. That was it. I said but my daughter can't eat this, it's really salty. And the tall, thin server says, "Do you want me to bring it back to our chef to see if he thinks it's salty?" I was shocked and surprised that was his solution, so I just said, "Uh ok... Sure."

A few minutes later, he brings back our barely touched pad Thai dish and says, "the chefs all tried it and they all say it's not salty." First off, you ate out of my dish and brought it back to me so I could finish it?? Talking to me as if I was a liar?! Secondly, this is not my first or tenth time eating pad Thai, as if I don't know what it's supposed to taste like.

Our whole family was completely flabbergasted at how they handled this situation.

I don't write negative reviews, but this place definitely left a bitter taste in my memory I hope no one else experiences.

Needless to say, we will not...

Don’t know why this place has a 4.3 rating. It’s sushi on the belt but there is no sushi. There are different types of rolls on the belt. There are signs of different types of sushi and appetizers but there is no food. I understand it’s a Tuesday night but the restaurant pretty occupied. I end up ordering sashimi and sushi. I was trying to order Uni sushi and the waitress seemed confused so I said sea urchin and she told me they don’t have it. Then why put it on the menu. The table was sticky and the restaurant filled with loud pop music. I also saw a girl to go the sushi on the belt and she waited next to the belt for 20 mins with no new sushi boarding the belt. Sadly she just picked 2 rolls and left. The bento box was big and very worthy for $12 with 3 types of meat. I guess their food quality are really different. When I ordered the scallop sushi and salmon sashimi the quality was fine. But the salmon I still prefer the ones from H mart. I also picked a plate of tuna sushi from the belt. The meat was very warm and the rice was hard. Overall I’m glad that my husband who don’t eat sushi enjoyed his bento box.

It was fun finding a sushi track. I love just choosing things as they go by. It wasn't too busy but busy enough that the poor guy couldn't keep up with keeping the track stocked. So you may want to go right before the lunch rush. All the plates are 2.50 A lot of the sushi on the track is the same ingredients just made in different combinations with a different sauce and name, but you can order any rolls you want from the menu or your imagination. My daughter is gluten free so they made her some salmon with avacdo and stuff but left off the imitation crab ( which is loaded with gluten) Super nice and accommodating.

This is what happens when a bunch of dudes with no restaurant experience try to open a sushi restaurant. It looked like the staff had gotten into a soy sauce fight before we showed up; all of the napkins and countertops had soy sauce splattered everywhere. The sushi was… warm. At 5pm. Big red flag. Thankfully, no diarrhea. We were interrupted no fewer than 9 times by the staff, who definitely resembled those annoying helicopter parents who linger unnecessarily at their kids’s friend’s backyard birthday party. Man, I just can’t get over that warm sushi. So freaking weird…
