Kennedy Exterior Cleaning — Local services in Chantilly

I put in an online estimate request during the weekend before July 4th. I scheduled a estimate for July 4 in the morning and Google glitched the time to show later in the afternoon. I received a text confirmation on Sunday for the morning. They were out right on time. After reviewing the great price in writing, I scheduled for that weekend!

I was only planning to have our vinyl siding pressure washed, but they gave me a good deal on our concrete driveway as well. Our siding is about 15 years old and had some nasty green stuff on two sides. I am thrilled to have siding that looks like new and a driveway and sidewalk that look nice again. I would recommend this company to friends - their communication and work ethic...

Excellent service! Just had service done by Ed. Very nice young man, knowledgeable and I will absolutely utilize his services again. Unfortunately I did not get before pictures but the slate steps and grout was dingy looking and it looks so good now. There was some pre-existing calcification but the organic matter, mud, green algae is gone and it looks so much better. He also did my deck and some siding I had which is much improved. I will definitely be calling him back to help with the driveway and brick siding that had more of that green algae...

Excellent service and incredible results! Process from first contact to billing was seamless and super easy and my patio looks brand new! I had no idea that beautiful stones were under years of grime. I had previously hired a handyman service to power wash and they had to give up due to a few obstacles. After many years I hired the pros at Kennedy and they listened to my concerns but were confident they could get the job done and they sure did! I will be using their services again....
