I recently visited this Sweet Frog with friends, and unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. Upon entering, we decided to capture some memories of the cute interior design with a few photos before purchasing our frozen yogurt. To our surprise, the manager, who appeared to be a senile old man, approached us with unnecessary hostility.
He proceeded to interrogate us about our intention behind taking photos, demanding explanations. The atmosphere quickly turned uncomfortable and creepy. Despite having every intention to purchase frozen yogurt, the manager rudely questioned our motives, asking if we were going to buy anything, even though we already had the empty froyo cups in hand to fill.
Our brief moment of capturing a photo for personal memories turned into an unwarranted and unpleasant encounter with the management. It's disappointing that a simple and harmless action resulted in such an unnecessary confrontation. This experience has left us with a negative impression of Sweet Frog and we hope others are spared from a similar...
Read moreIt's really hard to find frozen yogurt stores, especially with the domination of the ice cream industry, and I think it's definitely worth a trip to sweetFrog. I really like the chocolate frozen yogurt and the original tart here. I also like the coffee and cream and cookie flavors. There's a lot of toppings for frozen yogurt you can choose from, but definitely be careful of cross-contamination here, because I did have a reaction when a nut accidentally went into my frozen yogurt, and I am allergic to nuts. Some unique, great flavors here are also grape and banana, which are not commonly found in frozen yogurt shops (although it's hard to find frozen yogurt shops in general).
They could also use more staffing to check for cross-contamination with toppings as this might be a concern for kids with more serious nut allergies. However, I really like the flavor profile here.

Read moreGreat place to always go with, especially because my son loves sweet frog. But this last visit unsatisfied us completely. Not because of the taste or location, all because of the cashier that was there, Jennifer, she was only standing with a friend that doesn't work there chatting next to the cash register. When we were ready to pay my son, 3 years old, grabbed his cup but accidentally dropped couple candy and gummies. I asked kindly if i could get just a little bit to put back in his back, she said yes with a serious face and “her friend” commented “ make sure she only gets a little bit of candy caz thats her sons fault” in spanish. It was an unnecessary comment & “help” from her because she doesn’t even work in the location. It wasn’t only me whom they were both ignoring and only...
